The rooms were very clean. I need an extra towel and the cleaning Lady reported it right away, and problem solved.

Rooms were very clean, front desk service was excellent during the day. Don't plan on eating breakfast, food was awful 😫

The staff was great. When visiting the valley, the humidity is extreme in May so the hotel was musty smelling in the hotel room itself. The ac was excellent and kept the room cold but some clothes felt slightly damp which I thought was weird. There were 2 fridges in our room and no bureau of drawers. Just 1 pull out drawer and open area under each bedside table. And another open area under microwave. Plenty of hangers to hang up for our wknd getaway. Breakfast was decent. I only had oatmeal but no complaints from spouse. We would stay again.

Everything. Staff, room and location were great. Price should have lower for a reoeat customer. I have stayed at your hotels 7 times. Yet, I had to go through boeking to get a lower rate. Why?????

The room was nice and clean. It was also very spacious. The room had an ugly smell to it and the room seemed like it was under remodeling. The countertop was completely missing.

The hotel was under renovation. We stayed on the first floor which was not under renovation. The carpet was stained everywhere. The safety lock on the door was broken. The faucet in the bathroom was loose and moved when turned on - needs replacement. There was no hot water in the shower - I had to take a cold shower, and Dave did not get to take one. We should receive some kind of credit for that. There was no coffee maker (although there was coffee in the room). We had to request a coffee maker and hand towels. There were only 2 bath towels and a shower mat in the room. The breakfast was OK. Staff was polite and helpful. The bedding was clean and the bed was comfortable. Once the renovations are done, it should be better - not recommended at this time.

CLEAN, NICE ROOM, BED COMFORTABLE. BREAKFAST NOT READY ON FIRST DAY OF STAY. HAD TO GO OUT TO BREAKFAST DUE TO NOT HAVING ENOUGH FOOD PREPARED.
