It was close off the highway It was shady. Should have stayed in Redding. The shower wasn't usable because the floor was cracked and falling apart and there were drain flies inside the shower, meaning decaying organic matter and slimy biofilm inside the plumbing system.

Good price, fast booking. Convenient late check in ( after midnight). Microwave and table were dirty. It was insanely hot inside the room, but there was air conditioning inside the room).

Great landing after a long days drive. The staff very friendly and helpful in directing me to grocery store and restaurants . I was in a convenient ground level room. Clean and quiet . People are lazy about picking up after their dogs. Poop bags were provided but not used by a lot of dog owners. So even my dog stepped in poop.

Excellent customer service, great coffee in the morning, great value. And I saw zero bugs , in fact I've stayed at this location over the years and NEVER have seen bugs I would like the two bed rooms closer to parking spaces ?, but I like that they put us and our car near cameras ?

The front desk staff was very friendly.

The price. The room was very blanned had no pictures on the walls and there was burn marks in the bedding.

Room and bathroom were not clean. There was still hair in the shower. The door was falling apart on the bathroom and would get such and not open. Very noisy neighborhood and parking lot.
