Canyon Rim at Eagle Crest

The location was good backed up to the golf course. The master bedroom downstairs was big and spacious as well as the bathroom. The upstairs bedrooms were functional, but it’s the lower master suite that’s the nicest. Living room furniture is comfortable, but it’s like five reclining loungers kind of funny to have that mini in a single living room We arrived in the key code did not work tried it multiple times called for help. We were on hold for 40 minutes while they tried to reset it they could not with 80 old another standing in the sun not a good experience. They finally gave me the hard non-digital hide a key key to get in and that worked exactly one time and then would no longer lock the house. Clearly the lock mechanism is broken whether you’re using electronic key or a hard key. As a result we had to leave the front door open the entire time we were there. The other big issue is that they left us not any coffee not even a single package. It was a shelf labeled coffee and tea but somehow the staff just didn’t stock it so we had to return 30 minutes each direction all the way to the store to simply get a starter day or two of coffee I would’ve appreciated. Had the shelves been properly stocked with a welcome coffee kit I’ve never been in an Airbnb that doesn’t provide this

The view and scenery was nice, on a golf course. Spiders on the bed in master bedroom, every day there finding a spider on it. Saturday morning woke up at 8am to the middle plex unit being worked on cutting g wood and using saws so didnt get to sleep in at all.

It was very comfortable, clean, and a great location. The communication was also very good with the management group. The only thing I can think of is I wish they had salt and pepper, and having local coffee available for the few days would have made it a 10+

Location. Close to Resort course pro shop and close to Cline Falls hwy. Bath counters VERY short. Master bath shower very small and tight.

There was clothing left in the drawers from other guests. The tv had a static line through the picture. There were several things that didn't feel safe with a toddler: furniture not secured, unlocked closet with only inside doorknob and lock.

Location and view were nice. The size and amenities were sufficient for the 6 of us from 3 households. The house was dirty: 1)the tub in the master bathroom had dirt in it, and we had to clean it to use it; 2) the floor in the half bath was dirty; 3) There was obvious blood spots on the blanket on the master bed, which we had to wash so we could use it the 2nd night; 4) our suitcase was covered with pet hair just from sitting on the carpet; the amount of pet hair goes far beyond any "pet-friendly" place we've stayed before. They either are not vacuuming, or the equipment is not meant for pet hair. The bedding and furniture were covered in it; 5) the kitchen chairs were covered with crumbs. In addition to the poor cleaning, there were other issues: 1) The 2 king-sized beds were very uncomfortable. 2) The water heater only lasted for 3 people to take showers, but there were 6 of us. 3) The remote to operate the ceiling fan in the bedroom upstairs didn't work, so the fan was not usable. 4) There seemed to be no way to turn on the gas fireplace, and there was no mention of the fireplace in the book. 5) There was a grossly soiled pair of underwear in master bathroom cupboard, and it was the only thing in that cupboard.

Eagle Crest Resort is one of our favorite places to stay. We are owners of a Time Share and it is awesome that when we can not get bonus time that there are owners that are renting and sharing their property. This property was very clean, well stocked and in a great location. All great!
