Passable

The front desk staff was incredibly helpful and warm
-
It was very loud. Couldn't get to the swimming pool because there was a lot of kids they took over all the pools. Didn't like it very noisy. Couldn't relax

Hotel is in desperate need of some updates. Worn out furniture, rusty shower, busted tiles.
-
The whole area needs to be updated. It has a musty smell and the room we had did not seem clean. The bedskirt wasn't even on the bed properly.
-
Some nice live music in the restaurant bar also
-
The rooms in the lodge are extremely outdated and certain furniture needed to be replaced.

Booked two rooms, one for our daughters and one for my husband and me. Both rooms were dank, moldy, furniture worn down, old scraps of food left behind the night stands. Shower floors had black mold. Couches smelled like they had been pulled from a dog kennel. Carpets black with filth. Edges around bathroom floors were still dirty, as if the cleaning crew had not cleaned the whole floor. The bed sheets were too small and kept coming off the mattress all night. Truly shocking considering the price. Front desk was able to move my husband and me to another room, but didn’t have another room for my kids. The second room was just as bad as the first. No improvement.

Location and amenities So worn down

As expected no surprises. Could have used a bit better access to Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner?

We paid nearly $800 (3 days) for our stay and were very disappointed. Our room was old, dirty, and never cleaned during our visit. The most concerning part of our stay was our experience at the pool. A staff member who appeared to work at the front desk repeatedly came into the pool area and told our children to stop diving, even when no one was diving. He also repeatedly stood outside the fence watching our family, which made us feel very uncomfortable. I politely asked him to stop, but the behavior continued. Overall, the condition of the room and the uncomfortable interactions with staff made this a disappointing experience, and I would not stay here again.

Too much noise from above. Single ply toilet paper in 200$ per night room is ridiculous.
-
Nice golf course but it would be nice if the rooms were updated. They were old run down and dirty.
-
Eagle Crest is in need of a major refresh. Bathroom has mold, door cardkey reader only worked sometimes and head boards were worn out. Would be fine if the stay was cheaper and resort fee. Very disappointed that we spent almost $400 per night for this stay.

Cleanliness, poor water pressure, no trash pickup, rude staff

Location for wedding venue. The counter person in the Cafe in the lobby was wonderful. Very worn, dingy, A/C clingy and had a sour milk smell but I was told no other rooms. Then our friend told us they discovered a wet mattress and their room was changed the same night as ours.
