Staff is very cooperative, but this place is very noisy
-
Unfortunately we came during a time of construction so we were not able to enjoy the pool but over all the food, staff, and scenery was great.
-
Rooms were decent but we were disappointed to arrive and find out that the pool & hot tub was out of door due to construction . If we had known prior to booking we would’ve stayed elsewhere due to our little ones looked forward to it. When I arrived front desk said they couldn’t get ahold of me through my 3rd party being ( Expedia) .

Construction going on

Well kept, clean, pleasant facility and room. Staff was excellent!
-
They let people party in the lobby area very late and if you’re in a room next to the lobby you will not get any sleep until they are gone!

We were not told the hotel would be under maintenance the whole time we were there over a weekend, areas were taped off, windows had to be kept shut. On Sunday hot tub was unavailable and we were having intermittent water it was being shut on and off. Staff were not very receptive/ somewhat rude to our concerns but eventually a small credit was made to our account..everything was very clean and we could see they were making efforts and keeping property nice but seemed inappropriate to be sound manintence and upgrades over a busy summer father's day weekend.

Clean. Newly renovated. Very nice.

Breakfast was excellent, eggs, bacon, fried potatoes plus the normal stuff.

What I wasn’t notified about was that the pool and Hot Tub were being torn apart. When I asked I was told on 2 different days that the pool would be ready the next day, never was. We stayed 4 nights due to a baseball tournament. The pool and hot tub were high on our priority list due to my son’s back hurting and kids needing to swim. This was extremely disappointing and not acceptable. We ended leaving on day 5 and moving to a new location where our tournament was extended by 2 more days. I had no plan on moving locations in the event of the tournament extending, but ending up needing to. Super big let down. Will never stay at this location again!!

Good location. Loved the canal near by with the waterfall. Our room has an overwhelming smell of pot when we went in. We had to open the window and air it out while we went to the store.

Three separate beds and the two regular beds are comfortable. The sofa bed is a typical sofa bed and there wasn’t much to it. The breakfast was a hotel, breakfast with waffles biscuits and gravy, bacon, various cereals, muffins, bagels, etc. First off, there was an insane amount of road noise due to its location on the highway and Yew Avenue. Obviously sufficient soundproofing was not done during construction so definitely bring your earplugs which I did. It helped but not completely. Several of the lamps had burnt out lightbulbs. The coffee maker is placed on top of the microwave and is very difficult to use for somebody who might be on the shorter end. It’s also extremely cheap and leaked when we used it. The coffee amenities had not been restocked and there was a beer can underneath one of the tables. We were also left with about a quarter of a roll of toilet paper on each roll for three people. It may sound like very small things, but when you put them all together, it makes it seem like the cleaning was rushed and was not done completely. The door to the balcony was very difficult to open and close. The shade for that door was extremely hard to open and close. The closet doors seem to be an afterthought because they didn’t fit the opening and it didn’t open and close correctly. There seems to be just some general maintenance and updating that needs to be done. I had mentioned twice that there was gonna be three of us and we needed a third bed made up and instead when we asked about it, we were given a large bundle of the bedding and we took it upstairs and made the bed. Again, not a huge deal, but I got the feeling that this wasn’t going to be the type of stay that we have paid for. And I was definitely right. This is not a $300 a night hotel. This is your standard $150 a night hotel.

Under construction!!!!!! BREAKFAST WAS LACKLUSTER AT BEST!

The hotel staff was amazing. They brought anything we requested extremely fast to our room. They were friendly and funny

The housekeepers were awesome! The front guest attendants were not consistently nice but were changing out often. The construction really ruined the vibe of the entire trip and I wish I could have some money back for that reason.. we were even blocked in to the parking lot because someone parked right in the only entry way and exit. Very triggering and scary for some.

Very nice. Exceptionally friendly staff.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, and an easy walk to the Fairgrounds! We stayed in a double queen room with a kitchen and had a creek view. It was a great room with two TVs, a couch, desk, and double sinks. It was perfect for a girls weekend! Thank you to the super friendly front desk staff :)
