Very disappointed when I asked the night before the check out, I talk to the front desk and told her that I added another day, i was going to sleep in , i ask her if I can just stay in the same room that even though didn't have clean out service since the 27th, she said yes, so yes I assume they were going to do their job to just keep me in the same room. No, when my husband received a called to paid for the extra day, and they want me in the front desk, i talk to supposedly the manager and she said that my room was different and I need it a credit card for the deposit, really poor customer service and communication. Sucks that there is only few hotels here and no options, but doesn't give the right to be very unprofessional

Easy check in, even though I was a few minutes early. Adequate clean room. It was close to the venue I needed to get to. I got what I expected for a fair price.

On Thursday morning the front desk lady was very rude. Even calling one of her co-workers an idiot in front of myself and another guest. I told management about her and I hope she gets spoken to. The rooms are nice. For the price it was ok

We wished the air conditioner would go a bit cooler than their set limit. No other complaints.

Redmond hotel is excellent, always has hot water, rooms are clean and for being close to business and traffic is quiet Had an issue with staff taking the right payment, had to make a couple calls and get the key reactivated for the stay that was booked, but it all worked out

It met like legal cleanliness, but certainly nothing special. The night shift lady who checked us in was a little rude.

It was walkable to food. The good? It was easy to walk to food and it was clean. The bad? The bed was very hard, the pillows were extremely flat, there was no shampoo or conditioner, no hairdryer, no coffee maker in the room, no Kleenex, plus no breakfast. This room was over $100 a night. We didn’t expect top notch but we did expect the basics in a room at this cost.

Great hotel in between Deschutes County Fairground and Redmond Regional Airport. Minimal but clean, just what we needed.

It was very clean and the staff was very friendly. I couldn't believe how comfortable the bed was.

Room 308 was next to the elevator and huge parking lot lights were outside and you can't blackout the light. No shampoo or tissue.
