Hampton Inn & Suites Seattle/Redmond

Location was convenient. Bathroom inside our room was a good size and good shower pressure. Bed was hard and not facing where two people could watch TV. No live tv guide and the HBO channels listed on the channel line up did not work. We could not connect to streaming services. Was offered online check in and to chose a room with keyless entry. The room was not ready at check in time. We were no longer on the first floor (I hate elevators), we did not have keyless entry, and there was a barking dog in the room next to us.

We had an awful experience with this hotel. Terrible customer service.

Very nice place to stay near the Redmond area! Recommend this place - loved the daily cookies treat - thank you to the staff.

Kids yelling and screaming. Running down halls. Splashing and jumping into the pool often with no adult supervision and long after closing time. Some of the staff did not understand english so we would have to find somebody that did. Front desk personnel were great. Breakfast was good although there seemed to be outsiders mooching food on the weekend.

This hotel is always our choice when we are in the area. The staff is very helpful and friendly, and the hotel is clean and welcoming. The breakfast buffet has a lot of choices, and there are coffee and hot tea available 24/7. Our dog feels welcome too!

Hampton Inn’s are always consistent, enjoy our stay. My husband brought his swim trunks to exercise in the pool, but unfortunately the pool did not look clean.

The staff was incredible and made my son’s bday weekend extra special by decorating the room before we arrived! They provide a good breakfast as well.

Perfect location for our stay, and location for needed services, shopping, eating, and entertainment. The staff were outstanding, friendly and extremely helpful. The included breakfast is always the best of anywhere we stay. Nothing not to like!
