Hampton Inn & Suites Seattle/Redmond

Everything was pretty good!

Our stay was absolutely comfortable and the staff were very supportive because our room was not ready in time. They waived the pet fee and parking fee which I was happy about.

Staff were great and location was awesome. Just wish the patio upstairs was an area we could hangout and drink. Was a beautiful patio though.

This Hampton Inn provided a quiet, clean and very comfortably sized room with great amenities. Good breakfast served for 4 hrs. Great location between Target and Kohl’s stores just off Redmond Rd/Hwy 202 in WA. Indoor pool was a little small but great for younger kids.

this hotel very clean, good breakfast, staffs are nice.

Overall not a bad place but the cleanliness could have been better. Also the beds were not comfortable. The breakfast was also lacking. Orange juice was watered down and they ran out of potatoes and bacon. Parking though was convenient and plentiful.

The breakfast was impeccable. Adela the employee who was in the breakfast area, was very courteous and helpful.

The rooms were very clean and staff was very friendly. 2 young women checked us in and even though the system was down they handled our check in very professionally and quickly. Breakfast was a little chaotic as there was a lot of people down there. Staff did their best at keeping up with the food.

The computer was down when we checked in and they had to write down my credit card number. I don’t like my number out there and not sure if they shred or not. I couldn’t check in without giving it to them. We didn’t want the ground level but they wouldn’t change our room. The bathroom had a brown stain on the wall and the shelves had some grime on them.

Great place to stay, property was clean with easy access and parking. Breakfast was good with a wide variety. Staff was helpful and friendly I would recommend 100%.

TV channels were all labeled incorrectly.

The bed in our room needs to be replaced. The springs were poking through the top of the mattress. It was quite uncomfortable. Also, we had very few room choices and yet it was obvious that the hotel was far from being filled to capacity. We did not need a handicapped accessible room, but that was the only choice Expedia gave us. The last couple of times we have used Expedia we have had problems with room choices.

The complimentary breakfast was disappointing. The cut fruit may have been left out too long as it has a slight sour taste. The bakery items seemed to lack flavor. There was the option for whole fruit which was nice.

Was checked in by Hillary, and she was so kind and welcoming. Had to unexpectedly check out early, and Kevin assisted with the early check out, and he was beyond helpful.
