I stayed there on Friday night 8/7/2026 and was told breakfast would close Sat morning at 9 am. As I was checking out Sat morning I tried to grab a couple breakfast items as I was departing but the door was closed. It was 8:58 am and I could see through the door several people still eating. I turned to the front desk and asked why the door was locked. She said breakfast ended at 9:00 am. I said it was 8:58 am and I held up my phone to show her the time. She just turned away and ignored me and I big guy at the front desk says to me "she told you it was closed". A minute later, a person opened the door to leave and before the could closed I jumped in. It was 9:59 am. I grabbed a banana and a serving of cereal and before I could leave, one of the other front desk clerks opens the door with a key and goes to the counter and helps herself to some food. Talk about horrible customer service. They clearly care more about feeding their employees than their customers. Hotel is old and tired and they are pinching Pennies by closing breakfast on the weekend at 9:00 am and then close the door a few minutes before closing time. What a joke. Will never go back.

Good location

Breakfast was minimal and very crowded. The room and bed were comfortable.

The hotel is split between two separate buildings. I chose the one that wasn’t attached to the main lobby because it offered easier access to the outdoor pool. I booked this hotel specifically to escape the heat, but the pool was disappointing. There was no hot tub, and the pool itself was very small, with a maximum depth of only 4 feet 9 inches. Despite the outside temperature being around 88°F, the water was freezing. To make matters worse, the pool was built in a location that stayed shaded most of the day, so the sun never had a chance to warm it. Even in the summer, I would expect at least some heating so guests aren’t swimming in water that feels closer to 60°F. The room itself was standard and appeared clean. The air conditioner worked very well, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the bed was one of the worst I’ve slept on—it had a large dip on one side and noticeable lumps on the other, making it very uncomfortable. I didn’t try the complimentary breakfast since I’m a late riser, so I can’t comment on the food. One thing future guests should be aware of is that the walls are extremely thin. You can hear just about everything from neighboring rooms and the hallways. If you stay here, please be considerate of other guests and avoid yelling or letting children run and scream in the hallways.

Overall, great sleepover after attending a concert at Woodinville winery. Clean and comfortable room despite some wear and tear. Breakfast was sufficient, but not special. We enjoyed the fun surprise of East Lake Sammamish Trail access from the hotel parking lot. Such a nice morning walk before we headed home!

Very nice, I would stay here again

Clean. Great location for our needs. Will stay here again.

Old hotel in a great location. They know they’re old and weathered so they step it up everywhere else so overall good value and good location. Would stay again!

Great local spot for nice relaxing stays. Very helpful and friendly staff!
-
Great location off the hwy and easy trip into Seattle or Bellevue. Rooms and property were clean. Great value

The housekeeping lady doesn't speak English, so when she came to the room, we could not communicate.
-
The positives are the staff are friendly and the coffee machine in the lobby is great. The breakfast is standard. Overall is a disappointing experience as I booked it due to its great reviews. Not recommended for people with small kids.

Overall I would definitely come back. The location was great lots of food and entertainment in close proximity. The breakfast was a little underwhelming, it was missing breakfast meat and scrambled eggs that many other places offer with their free breakfast. They still had the waffle maker, milk, hard boiled eggs, breads, cereal, yogurt, juice and water.

We stayed for a concert at Marymoor and were so impressed with this hotel! This will be our regular accommodations for our concert weekends! Clean rooms, great breakfast and friendly staff!

The complimentary breakfast was another letdown. The bagels were still frozen, and the overall selection was very limited with very little variety. Overall, the hotel did not meet my expectations, and I would not choose to stay here again.
-
The best thing about the hotel is its close proximity to the light rail station. Rooms are clean and roomy enough, but the walls let a lot of sound through them.

Everything was expected as it would be staying at a hotel
