The room looked to be 30 years old and had a musty smell.

Clean and comfortable room with complimentary breakfast . Co operative staff.

It's an older hotel but have maintained it well and was very comfortable. The staff were congenial and for us it worked out great.

Overall good

For an older hotel, I was pleasantly surprised how friendly the staff and how detailed and extra miles the cleaning staff goes. I had stayed at three hotels, previously double the price and this hotel exceeded those. I highly recommend them.

Clean room and well maintained property
-
Quite old but well maintained property with clean rooms. Central location.

The rooms are a bit outdated and if you’re in the first of second floor and the people above you are noisy/loud you will hear them. The walls are thin and you can hear people walking down the hall and talking. At times I thought my kid left the room while I was in the shower but it was with the people next to us or across from us, that’s how bad you can hear everything. It’s close to the highway and metro. The testament door has good breakfast and they’re nearby small shopping centers.

The hotel is convenient and well priced though quite outdated. There is supposed to be room service every other day though this never happened during our 4 day stay. The staff at the front desk were lovely.

Room was clean and comfortable bed was firm and clean. Breakfast had plenty of choices. We would stay again.

Loved our stay. They do it right, starting with a 3pm check in and 12pm checkout, which is super rare these days. Good price, good location, and got the job done when in town for a reunion. EXCELLENT coffee machine in the lobby with fidalgo coffee at no cost. The breakfast ended at 9am sadly, on a Sunday (!), so that was too bad but everything else was super. Really nice people too!

Always greeted well. The staff is friendly and helpful. They give a coupon for restaurant that shares the parking lot if you don’t want their in hotel breakfast
-
Clean room and bathroom. Complimentary breakfast. Easy parking.Hot tub was unavailable due to maintenance.
-
Clean, quiet and close to the highway as well as the new light rail station at Marymoor.
-
I didn't use them.

Was as advertised

Room was clean but very dated. My biggest complaint is that you can hear every sound from every room around you and the staff came blazing through the hallway at 8 am screaming back and forth at one another, which sucks when you are already having a very hard time sleeping in a new environment.

This is an older hotel but it is well kept. It is clean and in a good area, safe for families. The mattresses are due for replacement as you can feel the springs and they’re not so comfortable. Everything was great in the rooms except you are able to hear a lot of the noise from the floor above, mostly steps and creaking floors. A white noise machine would help. The fan in the room doesn’t work as white noise because it turns off once the temperature set is reached.
