Rooms were small, but expected also the staff was not present for most of my stay, which was a little bit annoying

This place has become my home away from home. I often visit RWC from SR, can’t say enough about the location! Honestly, the place is a gem, folks visiting are very respectful in the common shared area. The staff is great, very helpful and professional. Thank you all for making me feel at home.

It was so clean and nice and the rooms are great. The alley is noisy and the windows don't seem to be sealed but other than that it was a great 2 night stay 💜

Aside from that, I had a very good stay. The unit was clean, comfortable, convenient, and thoughtfully laid out, and the space worked really well for what I needed. The location was also very practical. Overall, I’d recommend it, with the caveat that guests with heavy luggage or mobility concerns should be aware of the stairs before booking.

Very good location! The shower had VERY low water flow. It got better on my last shower.

Could also update with elevator But all in all Clean, very quiet Lovely room Guests still need not let their door slam that’s the only problem

We just had our second stay at Kasa Niche. If you are looking for a comfortable small room in a fabulous location, this hotel is for you. We had a problem with our television and they replaced it within 10 minutes. Very impressive! We will definitely stay here again.

It would be nice if there’s a microwave in the rooms.

Parking was limited and I would have liked a full length ironing board

Cute room and it had everything we needed! There is no staff though to enforce quiet hours which meant people hung out (loudly) in the lobby all night and it was difficult to sleep.

nice having the code, no muss no fuss with managing a card key. For the size of the room the arrangement, design made good use of the space. Great location The room was smaller than I expected, but as I mentioned, very well designed to make the most of the space.

- room was clean and equipped with necessities even for a long stay - walkable distance to station - lots of food to choose from - virtual front desk was easily accessible - if there was an option to receive deliveries/parcel, would be great for long-stay guest; but understand the limitations

Well-priced accommodation that provided great value. Room was well-designed for a functional stay and did not feel small (although room was of smaller size). Bed was top-notch for a good night sleep. Self check-in instructions were easy to follow and the team was responsive online for any urgent help needed.
