Kasa Niche Hotel Redwood City

Exceptional

Great location and clean Unit 106 needs a new window with thick glass to block out street noise bc it faces the alley. Trash trucks wake you up overnight. Good to have a window that opens to air out the room.

Fire/smoke alarm kept going off, ended up having to call the fire department. Later after 2 am loud noise from other rooms.

Very clean very efficient safe

I had a great stay.

Love this hotel! 5-Stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Location, cleanses and facilities We found a bug but the property manger fixed it.

awesome room

Very clean and nice room. Great location.

There is nothing unique about this hotel! The hotel is very noisy. Doors slamming at all hours during the night. The hotel shares its space with a rental apartment adjacent to the property. Would not really recommend!!

Clean and beautiful, nice location & convenient. There’s some repairs in the room that needs to be done like bathroom sink faucet is loose and shower door didn’t close fully so water sprayed out. The description of the room said there’s microwave but there’s none. Kasa should provide one for each room I think will be very useful for the Kasa customers. Other than that everything is good. I enjoyed staying at Kasa. I’ve been here 3-5xthe last month. I’ll recommend it to my friends!

Bad

Good

Rooms were small, but expected also the staff was not present for most of my stay, which was a little bit annoying

EVERYTHING GREAT!!

This place has become my home away from home. I often visit RWC from SR, can’t say enough about the location! Honestly, the place is a gem, folks visiting are very respectful in the common shared area. The staff is great, very helpful and professional. Thank you all for making me feel at home.

It was so clean and nice and the rooms are great. The alley is noisy and the windows don't seem to be sealed but other than that it was a great 2 night stay 💜

Aside from that, I had a very good stay. The unit was clean, comfortable, convenient, and thoughtfully laid out, and the space worked really well for what I needed. The location was also very practical. Overall, I’d recommend it, with the caveat that guests with heavy luggage or mobility concerns should be aware of the stairs before booking.

Excellent stay. Clean and simple. Easy to check in. Would recommend to a friend.

The shower had VERY low water flow. It got better on my last shower.
