Place was just ok. Ice machine needs to be fixed.

Staff was amazing!! My room was very clean! Parking was great! Breakfast was absolutely amazing! I was on my way to work and let's just say that breakfast was great!! It provided much needed fuel for a 12-hour shift!! I will be staying again! Please leave the light on!!

Nothing The 1st room they assigned, the door was broke & wouldn’t open. The 2nd room, the blind was broke & wouldn’t draw down, the phone in room didn’t work, ear plugs provided didn’t work, lots & lots of kids running around everywhere making noise. Will NEVER book here again, ever.

It was so so... it's noisy as heck. Breakfast was subpar. Night check in guy at window smelled like he was smoking marijuana I'm the office. Parking was a bit tight with a trailer

When I think of point Richmond, I imagined a really nice and fancy area. This is not it. This hotel is located right next to an I580 on ramp and railroad tracks. The hotel provides ear plugs for your “comfort “. The first night I stayed there were a bunch of hooligans burning rubber in the parking lot. The only thing that saves this hotel is the full breakfast they provide. It’s actually pretty good and the coffee is good too. The staff is nice.
