Room was comfortable, good wifi, had parking, convenient location, includes breakfast No coffee machine in the room. My room was next to equipment room for hotel, noisy all night. There was a disturbed person in the parking lot making loud noises for a half hour, but others helped get the person to calm down. The bath mat wasn't clean.

None The shower head was broken and about to fall, the room wasn't clean, smelled bad, location was not good, bed sheet wasn't that clean, breakfast was so bad with minimal options

Room was big and spacious. Floors under bed not cleaned well (toe nails under bed). The free breakfast was very sparse no condiments except syrup for waffles . Oatmeal very runny. Once housekeeping leaves for the day you cannot get anything extra besides a towel. Blow dryer in our room looked like someone melted it. Parking was okay. Location is convenient right near the freeway. You will hear the train passing by and blowing corner all day and night.

Clean room

Best value hotel in the immediate Bay Area. Rooms are CLEAN and you can't get better value for the money. Safe, well maintained, and friendly staff. AC blows cold. And you're so close to all east bay cities / Marin / SF. Definitely worth staying here if you are looking for a lower cost option.

The area There was a roach in the bathroom and when I made staff aware, and they responded very negative towards my partner and I as well as the Manager who was super rude. Then they chose to ban us because there not staying on top of the maids to make sure that there rooms are clean.

I booked this place on the cheap. It wasn’t as bad as a lot of the negative reviews made it out. Cleaner and quieter than I expected. Breakfast was standard, and staff did their job. Folks- you get what you pay for. This was a cheap one night option for me, passing through. I wouldn’t want my wife staying here alone, but the overall experience wasn’t crazy. Richmond is a pretty funky place, so expect a funky vibe. If you’re used to other BW hotels, this isn’t it! Cost is half, amenities are half rate, but ghetto is double. I wouldn’t book again, but I wouldn’t dissuade anyone from booking for a cheap night passing through.

The rooms were remodeled since the first time i stayed there about a year ago so they are now modern and much nicer. This is a no frills place where people seem to be serious about getting some rest so it's quite with low activity on the grounds. Rooms are much cleaner then they used to be, but they could still use some improvement. there was built up gunk in the corners of the room and especially in the bathroom where the cleaning staff is'nt taking enough time to get rid of past guest"s goo! the floors were pretty clean because i didnt have black sox at the end of my stay like i used to in the past. the bed seemed to be new, very comfortable and clean. the TV was a nice size and had a good channel selection including premiums. My stay was better than it's ever been at this location, and also the best place i've stayed anywhere for less than 100 dollars per night. i would stay there again.

Dislike: AC unit was very old and the smell was terrible.- I could not turn it on. The smell of the room and around the motel was unpleasant. The blankets and sheets were not as clean as I expected. The box spring had an old fabric around that does not look nice or clean.

Ask for an extra pillow I was declined. I would not pick the set again it's a very bad part of Richmond so what do you expect I'll stay out of Richmond in the future

Breakfast was your VERY basic hotel breakfast; waffles, powdered eggs, sausage, and cereal. We ate there once and then went elsewhere for breakfast for the rest of the trip. Parking was free which was nice, but not secure by any means and it's literally right off of the freeway. We definitely heard car alarms going off throughout the night. People complained of the freeway noise, but we didn't seem to mind. The AC in our room was stuck at like 69 degrees, so it got quite stuffy quickly. The TV had a weird blue hue to it no matter what we did so we just watched TV on our devices. The shower head was hanging on by some tape and a dream, and there was hair in the shower when we checked in. The vanity area was nice and spacious though. The headboard to our bed was peeling terribly, and there were some stains on the sheets but they seemed like they had been cleaned and were just stubborn to get out. The door also had a pretty large gap between the frame and the actual door when it was closed which was a bit concerning, but we had a safe stay. Can't say anything about the pool because we didnt use it, but I never saw a soul go in it, and didnt even know how to access it anyways. Overall, for the price it was fine. I wouldn't recommend this place unless you were on a budget. There are much better hotels in the area.

The weather is beautiful in Point Richmond. SureStay has friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is great, the room was super clean, parking is easy, and breakfast was good. I will stay again because it is convenient for me and I am able to walk to downtown in 15 minutes from the hotel. A variety of restaurants are available to dine in and enjoy.

It was okay.

The bed was comfortable, bathroom was nice and breakfast was good! Tv didn’t work on the first room. They moved us into another room and everything was fine. This is a motel primarily for longer term trade, construction workers. It was overall good for what it is.
