Days Inn by Wyndham Richmond Hill/Savannah

The roomms are pretty clean and thru will adjust anything to help with your comfort such as moving you to another room if the tv doesn't work etc. Its an older motel but still indecent condition. They have free breakfast in. The lobby each morning. I have no complaibts

Room smells like urine tv did not work

Upon arrival the parking lot and surrounding area looked very rundown. But I told my kids we would still give it a try, being that we had just got off the road after 4 hours. I also noticed that there was a couple that pulled up right before me. The front desk woman claimed that I could do an early check in, which was verified an hour before we even arrived. The room that was given to us was 101. The outside window was covered in bugs, but again I wanted to keep the best attitude. Once we entered I went to put my purse on the bed and my kids immediately started point out all the bugs. On the floor, inside in the windowsill, AND on the bed. We headed over thinking it was a one off thing, but the couple I mentioned earlier stopped us and said ‘it’s bugs in there isn’t it?’ They had already checked out 2 other rooms which also had bugs. The front desk was helpful and offered to ‘try’ and find a room. She mentioned the bugs were seasonal. But after 20mins, I had found a replacement and asked for a refund. I will say our next find was around the same price and had these bugs outside but not in the room with us. Would never suggest this location to anyone unfortunately.

Hi the property you could never use the amenities ever because they kept the pool chain lock 24 seven

The pool was continuously chain locked every single day and when you asked to unlock the pool, they waited hours before they would do it or they would say the pool man said the chlorine was too high and we watched, and the pool man would never came out there it’s just they never wanted to unlock the pool

This is ok

Nothing. Filthy,dead roaches, ray turds on the floor. Roaches in the hairdryer. TV sucks. Oops put this in the likes..Ripped me off from a 50$ deposit. 20$ for an early 1 hour ...Do not stay here you might as well sleep in your clean car

Outstanding stay for the price!

It’s a cheap Days inn. You get what you pay for. Disappointing breakfast spread.

Roach motel. First night some guy was screaming at his girl friend and finally the police came and arrested him. Lots of roaches.

Property and area was in good order

Checked in at the office on 07-17-2026 and since we were meeting friends for dinner we did not go to our room until around 9 pm that evening. When we opened the door the odor was terrible. Looking at the room the floors were dirty, the sinks were not clean and the bathtub was filthy. At 9pm on Friday night we went to Krogers Grocery and bought Lysol disinfectant and bath room cleaner to make it through the night. I don't se how Hotels.com or the city of Richmond Hills, S.C. would be associated with a dump like this.

I do not like the air conditioning.

I did not like the property at all. The room wasn’t clean and bedding hasn’t been changed as it was showing dirty. We just had to spend the night and leave as soon as we could. Basic toiletries were not provided and kids had tuff time spending the night in such unhygienic room. I would infact give it a negative rating for the money spent. The breakfast was another disaster.
