The evening clerk was very helpful. It was fairly late in the evening when we checked in but we hadn't had dinner yet. I asked the clerk for a few paper plates from the breakfast area to use for our late night dinner and she cheerfully offered them.

The breakfast was very good and staff very friendly. The pool was open and in great condition. First pool along our trip that was open bc it was maintained. Our granddaughter was finally happy.

The staff were great. My room was very clean and the air conditioning was wonderful. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Great selection of foods. Will definitely stay here again.

Room was over crowded with furniture that just did not fit. The fitness center was lacking at best. The pool was decent. Breakfast was laughable.

The staff was kind and the breakfast was great. The room looked very clean but smelled very strongly of body odor and chlorine. The mini fridge also had a very bad smell. I had a hard time sleeping due to the strong smell but otherwise I enjoyed my stay.

The hotel was clean and in great condition. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The beds were so comfortable. The breakfast was the best we have had at a hotel and they had an extensive menu listed for easy reading. We would highly recommend this hotel.

Also if you don’t like a citrus smelling body wash take your own. The food however at breakfast was very good, but they need to provide at least a bowl of ice in the breakfast area as the juice was warm temperature at best. They should also consider going to cartons of milk in their cooler versus a decanter sitting on the counter. Please also note there is no ice machine on the first floor. Morning staff was more pleasant and the room was clean. I would rate the experience overall about a 3.5 stars.

Clean, better than average continental breakfast. Loved having a ground floor room with my dogs. Staff was helpful and friendly. Would recommend.
