Location close to highways and other stores. The carpets were extremely dirty, spots everywhere. Not a pleasent smell when you first walk in to the room. Shower head dirty and almost broken. Shower celing paint peeling. Big algee spots on all outside walls, like caked in. Same green stuff on the furniture outside on the patio. Bathroom door locks were broken in all three rooms we rented, so not a fluke. Carpets in all three rooms were stained, sticky and dirty, again not a fluke. Two consecutive nights the doors were not locked after 11pm, meaning anyone could walk in, big security issue. Both nights no staff at the front reception. Extremely dissapointed with the cleanliness and the security flaws.

This property is in serious need of an update and re-model. However, the staff is excellent, and the hotel is very convenient to the hospital. Bed was comfortable, and room was clean. Breakfast was delicious. Overall a good experience.

I was charged more than once for the room which led to multiple pending charges. The situation was corrected, but the headache still was lingering.

At this location, the a/c filters were very clean. I have c.o.p.d. and at other locations, the filters are always dirty no matter the hotel brand. Everything was good. No complaints.
