La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Richmond-Sugarland

The staff were wonderful & friendly, The room was shabby & dirty. There were stains on top of the air conditioner that looked like feces. The room smelled when we checked in, very misty, but got better on the second night. I would not recommend.

It was a great stay. The staff was helpful and cheerful at all times. The place is clean and smells nice. It was also calm. Had enough parking space. It was close to some stores and a gas station. Overall, it was an awesome experience.

Very nice hotel

At upon arrival the receptionist received us with a big smile and conversation about the hotel. (Great). Walking in we could smell the cleanliness of the hotel. Breakfast was hot and area was kept amazingly clean. Parking was a cinch no problem finding a spot. In overall the team was fantastic. Thank You for a great experience my first time in Texas.

in the room was ragged and smell the pee. Look like the came from a used furniture warehouse.

During our stay, we didn't request for cleaning service. Breakfast was good!

The hot water took a realllllly long time to reach shower tolerance. I also felt the AC could've been colder.

I”ve stayed here before versus another motel which was markedly cheaper by 33%. What I was put off by was the intense smell of pets in the lobby and in the rooms. I respect that they cater to pets and “comfort” animals but to someone like me that dont own pets….it was nasty to smell. The staff was courteous and friendly but otherwise the smell of wet dog will last an impression on me. Will pick the cheaper alternative next time I stay for business

Great place to stay!

Me & my family stayed here to visit the water park and we had the most horrible experience. We arrived late for check in & was tired so we decided to pickup food & snacks for the kids from the hotel lobby. We placed the items in the refrigerator & woke up the next morning to find food it spoiled and ice cream all melted because the refrigerator wasn’t working. The room was extremely hot , we kept waking up sweating throughout the night.We contacted receptionist told her the situation & she said she got with the manager and he said no refunds or replacement for the Items we purchased from the lobby. He said he would send someone to fix the icebox later. Very disappointing and unacceptable on management’s behalf and something should be done and if we went through this how many other people went through it. Receptionist said the manger’s name was Peter.

It was a good stay with family, location is really good

2nd room change sheets were dirty!!!! Never staying again. This was our 2nd stay, 1st one was ok. Very gross
