Me & my family stayed here to visit the water park and we had the most horrible experience. We arrived late for check in & was tired so we decided to pickup food & snacks for the kids from the hotel lobby. We placed the items in the refrigerator & woke up the next morning to find food it spoiled and ice cream all melted because the refrigerator wasn’t working. The room was extremely hot , we kept waking up sweating throughout the night.We contacted receptionist told her the situation & she said she got with the manager and he said no refunds or replacement for the Items we purchased from the lobby. He said he would send someone to fix the icebox later. Very disappointing and unacceptable on management’s behalf and something should be done and if we went through this how many other people went through it. Receptionist said the manger’s name was Peter.

I liked the fact that it was a bucees with a car wash. The room had to tvs on each side I just thought it was wonderful. Thd McDonald's was very near to get food quick the first night stay The room still was dirty from lord knows which stay. The hotel was really busy from a baseball tournament and it was loud until late in the evening

2nd room change sheets were dirty!!!! Never staying again. This was our 2nd stay, 1st one was ok. Very gross

This was my second stay within 8 months ! I enjoy the location ! The rooms were clean , breakfast was good ! No problems at all ! The front office check in was a little rough ! A bit grumpy but nothing I couldn’t dismiss ! Everything else was welcoming ! Def will stay again if I travel the area !

room was nice. TV accommodations were awful (Dish). only ice machine in the entire bldg that was working was on the 1st floor in the lobby.

It looks different from other Laquita most of them are small. But this is insane the gym is spectacular The room is small but mighty room it’s made for 3 days stay Bye the way make sure to come here WYDHAM The structure

The staff were very personable and friendly. The little bar area was fun.

Staff allowed my grandsons to swim and stay the night with us, and have breakfast. Room was good for our needs. We stayed 4 nights while visiting my son and his family.
