I wonder who on earth said this place is clean and good... Everything is dirty.

Very run down! Found bar of soap from previous guest stuck on bathtub. Drain in tub very slow. Tub and sink disgustingly dirty.

A surprising little gem in the middle of Richmond. And convenient to sights

You get what you pay for.

Very convenient safe location and within walking distance to several restaurants, 7 eleven, shopping mall and 24 hour laundromat. Thanks again!

Nothing. Bathroom lights did not work. Cable tv did not work. Trash on the bed when I got in the room. I will not go back. See above

The rooms and property need a major upgrade but the staff is very friendly and they maintain what they have the best that they can. Parking is abundant and the room was well insulated and quiet. The bed was comfortable. This is an affordable motel if you're on a strict budget like I was.

It has an old smell, water stains on the walls cover had spots, sheets had burn holes on the flat sheet.Towels was stained pretty bad.

Beds were comfy as were the pillows. The AC stopped working went to the desk and stood there for 20 minutes with no help! Went back to the room me n my 5 year old daughter n husband suffered from the warmth all night. People were standing around outside all hours of the night, the TV wouldn't work at all, all night. I went to speak to management the next day and the lady who claimed she was a manager basically called me a liar. She asked me if I came back to the desk and I said why would I come back and stand around for no one to be there ? The lady was rude and condescending. And said well you had the chance to come back and I have no way of verifying you coming to the desk. I told her to check her cameras and she continued to be rude and disrespectful. I asked her to contact her GM and she refused and refused to give me their contact information. I understand this isn't a 5 star hotel but I don't believe I should be spoken to the way I was spoken to by the cc manager or whatever she is. I also asked for some time of compensation and the lady refused stating without her GM she wasn't able to provide compensation! I am absolutely disgusted. I would have stayed again but absolutely not after how I was spoken to.

Great customer service, parking area spacious, rooms well kept. Enjoyed the stay.

The room was not very clean. The bathroom and especially the shower were dirty. Everything was very worn and not well kept. Definitely a disappointing night.

The place was clean and a good value for the price. There was a very rude staff member working this morning. He was extremely disrespectful and yelled at me as if I were staying in his own home rather than being a paying guest. His behavior was completely unprofessional and made me feel very uncomfortable. He was an older man with gray hair. This was by far the worst part of my stay
