Short staff no front desk hotel was under construction

The front office wasn't open. We went next door to Motel 6, and a man in the lot said he was helping while the owner was out of town. He walked around looking through womdows to find a room 4 us. Trash everywhere. We left- wish I could get refund

It didn’t have a lobby, you have to go to the Motel 6 next to it. The worker didn’t answer any calls after the first interaction. No towels in the room, couldn’t get any because no one answers. Shady location as well.
