Marriott Riverside at the Convention Center

Breakfast can improve. Very basic and limited.

Ask for 20mins to shower after check out time was denied jacuzzi heater was off … was told was not functioning

I stayed for two nights from Friday to Sunday. We stayed in room 424. The room was clean. There were a few scratches on the furniture and there was a tear in the curtain. There were extremely bright flood lights constantly pouring into our room from the roof of another part of the Marriott Hotel so the blackout curtains were necessary. The bar was great to have downstairs in the lobby. The hotel is within walking distance to downtown where all of the restaurants are. Had a lot of fun! May stay again.

Worst Hotel. Dirty rooms. Broken shower. Dirty Pool. Over priced parking that have no access to the Hotel. Would not recommend and won’t stay there again. Avoid! There are other and better options to stay around the same area

Everything was great, rooms was very clean upon arrival and parking area was convenient, only thing that was a bummer was the pool was under renovation but were given the option to go across the street to use the pool, but other than that everything was excellent

Do not accept room 807, it is noisy and the toilet leaks all night. I am even considered a Bonvoy member yet I get treated worse than I was at any other hotel ever. Make sure you press both buttons to calm elevator, the one on right and the two on the left are not linked. They are slow too.

June 9th, I stayed overnight. A man was helpful in suggesting a nice dinner & drink. Next morning I paid twice for parking. Once in the front lobby and as I drove off the garage. I called the June 11th around 7:15am and a rude female was rushing off the phone when I was trying to leave a message for the supervisor. I have yet to receive a phone call.

Property needs renovating. Public hallways were dirty. The room was clean and maintained. Parking is tight.

Without being a Marriott member we had to pay extra for WiFi. Pool and hot tub closed. Could use neighboring pool but there was no hot tub. Refrigerator worked minimally. Extra charge for microwave.

Overpriced is the theme of this place. Pool was down the whole five days. Parking overpriced, breakfast overpriced. I will never stay at this place again.

it would have been nice to know ahead of time that the swimming pool was closed Thus hotel is under construction and they started working around 6:30am making so much noise

I have always had good experiences with this hotel but this year was terrible.

The property is always clean and very well maintained.

Everything at the hotel was clean. Rooms were well-maintained and the beds were comfortable. The only issue that we experienced was with the elevators. Two out of three were not working.
