Holiday Inn Trophy Club by IHG

It was okay. Not as nice as I would have thought. Water did not get hot.

Hotel itself looks OK. Pullout bed seemed older and half broken. No lock on the bathroom door. Pool smelled funky, decided not to use it.

Every thing was just perfect!

Safe area, quiet neighborhood, clean rooms. The Orginal Roy Hutchins BBQ down street and also great Thai restaurant near by.

Great value for the $

Pullout sofa bed was broken, no additional bedding in closet for sofa bed.

I really enjoyed my stay here!!! I stayed for a total of 5 nights & I absolutely have no regrets. I got so much work done! The room is spacious, front desk staff are helpful, fitness room & pool room were great brain breaks! Highly recommend! Oh, it's also such a nice bonus that they offer house cleaning everyday & parking is FREE!

Superb

Average room. Seemed clean. Minor annoyances such as bathroom door would not stay closed. Dresser drawer would not stay closed but shower door would not stay open and slammed shut if not paying attention. Staff was polite grounds clean decent area.

Very clean, comfy bed, everything that I needed TV not that friendly

Very clean

very nice hotel for a good price and in a good area

Great staff

It was an overall good stay when we called they would come, such as towels and things like that. The hotel its self was a bit old and there were like scrapped wall paper that had not been replaced. But it was clean and perfect for a short stay.

loud upstairs rude cleaner

Broken shower

I paid through Expedia for breakfast but when I got there they said it wasn’t included, I had to show proof and ultimately the attendant was helpful and gave us a voucher. However, the breakfast was very limited and it wasn’t the best. Also, the furniture needs to be replaced, I pull the desk and it was broken and my very petite daughter sat on a bench in the room and it broke and I couldn’t find the control for the television. I feel bad about this review but I was disappointed.

It was not bad overall the guy at the counter was a little rude but overall not bad

Ok

The hotel was very clean and peaceful. It was also conveniently located near many food spots. I would recommend staying here to anyone who’s on a budget but still looking for a decent hotel.
