I was not aware of some night blinds until I checked out. Had trouble sleeping because if the brightness that will come from the outside

IT WAS NOT A BUFFET LIKE IT ADVERTISES. BED WAS COMFORTABLE THOUGH.

The rooms were very large, the property felt safe

The shower was peeling everywhere. The fan in the room did not work. Only half of the lights turned on and I was not informed I would have to pay a deposit while arriving after booking and paying online.

NO hot water to take a shower

Staff was very helpful letting my sons check in early when I wasn't there yet. The place is a little run down with ripped furniture. Bar doesn't stay open very late. Breakfast for a fee.

Close to hospital, resteraunts and shopping. Pool was cold.

Unfortunately, the experience became even worse the following day when I discovered what appeared to be blood on one side of the bed sheets. Finding stained bedding after already raising a safety concern was unacceptable and left me very disappointed. I expected a higher standard of cleanliness, safety, and customer service from Holiday Inn.

Just needed a single night stay in the Dallas area. Very pleased with this hotel, Clean and good location.

As indicated per my google review, hospitality was good, including Mita who was very friendly and helpful. The property is clean and maintained. Very quiet - doesn't see to get a lot of traffic at the property. However, I was very dissatisfied with the breakfast presentation. I believe that this hotel once didn't host a standard continental breakfast and shifted to that option. There wasn't a constant presence monitoring availability of the items. The milk and OJ pitchers were full but not covered - therefore, open to the air or anything flying in the air. The eggs were basic. The bread options were very basic - no bagels at all or muffins. And the sausage in the trays was dehydrated - and my wife and I sat for 20 minutes with no one replacing though three different employees came through "monitoring" and never replaced. It was too casual, and the sausage offering was horrible. The bacon was average and probably the only decent item. I'd likely not stay at this location ever again even if it means paying an additional $20 a night at a neighboring property like Hampton Inn & Suites or Homewood Suites.

The bottom of the shower in my room was peeling which made the flooring very slippery and the ice machine tasted like mold. It served my purpose but I don't think I would stay here again.

Housekeeping only came one time our entire 4 day stay. Their daily breakfast included over-cooked eggs and nasty sausage patties. ( there are plenty of great breakfast places around there ). Do NOT stay here.

We got an accessibility bathroom which we didn't need. That meant that water seeped from the shower into the bathroom floor every time we used the shower. We used the shower every day of our 3-night stay, and the bathroom became progressively more and more soaked until it was just a puddle.
