The staff and environment My door has been unlocked for quite some time and I have been waiting for a different room or a new door lock for quite some time now

I couldn’t even check in. Worst, filthiest property ever! As I said, couldn’t even check in

Hotel has maintenance problems and was not able give us a room.

There was no parking There was no explanation to why there wasn't a room for me

Nothing Arriving at night and seeing a paper in the window if the lobby that all reservations are cancelled, place is full. Blaming booking com on being clear that it's just a first come first serve reservation that I made.. what is that? Owner, stop listing in third parties if you know there is a problem, or unr just getting a backup list thru booking. Com? Not ok.

I wasn't able to check-in... I wasn't able to SEE a room due to some system issue at the property.... Yet BOOKING.COM will not refund my payment

arrived to find the motel was vandalized we could not stay there we had to make arrangements at a different motel

Place was abandoned

Nothing. My reservation was canceled when I arrived because their computer systems were down. Not happy at all.

Very friendly staff!!! Interior of the entrance needs improvements and tv up grade of the rooms and dryers were not working and there is no ice machine would be great if staff can prefill the ice trays for guest I had to buy ice

the large refridge and the size of the room. the toilet seat was not the correct size, and the sink in the kitchen area was not installed correctly. The water in the shower was hard to tun off.

Price Mold in the air conditioner that made us sick, aggressive dogs, a murder downstairs, they never came in to clean the room, they didn't empty the trash room until it was over flowing, their "breakfast's never had coffee and gen manager blames customer

clean bedding and comfortable bed Room was very worn... like it had been used too long without repair. Furniture was dinged up. Bathtub faucet leaked constantly. Bathroom sink didn't drain. It appeared that people were living in this hotel and that it is priced for very long term stays. Price was low but we got what we paid for..
