Horrible, there was no room when we arrive at 10 pm only to sleep with kids. We paid x3 more expensive near by I look forward for Expedia to compensate that cost. Never go there. The missing teeth woman who greeted us at 10 pm had no empathy no apologize. Flat face.. the woman blamed Expedia.

La atención al cliente es malísima me cobraron dinero demás mucha humedad habitación sucia nevera con vidrios apestosa baños horrible tienes que llevar Clorox para desinfectar todo el cuarto estaba lleno de telas arañas toallas apestosas tienes que llevar tus propias toalllas y sábanas la cocina pésima con costra o residuos de alimentos me he quedado anteriormente en hoteles más económicos y le dan tres patadas a este no lo recomiendo para nada es pésimo tiene olor a humedad y hongo

Very clean!! nice staff, an amazing choice and very budget friendly.

Our room was clean and the staff was very friendly. The room was in poor condition, we had water leaking under the sink. Lots of long term residents and yelling/fighting overnight. Made us uncomfortable.

Great staff clean rooms

We booked weeks in advance. Drove 5 1/2 hrs to get there and was told that they were sold out and we would need to contact expedia to figure out how to get our mk ey back. We explain we that we just drove 5 hrs and have a child with us. They said there was nothing they could do. As I sat on the phone trying to figure out how to contact expedia, a couple walked in and they was told told that they could only offer them one room I stead of the two they booked. I told them absolutely not. Why would they receive a room and I didn't? So they offered me a room with one bed even though there was 3 of us. We accepted because we need a place to stay, we could not drive the 5 hrs back home. We was told to come back I. The morning and they would move us to the room we actually paid for. We came down in the morning and was told when we came back later that night that we would be able to change rooms. When we returned there was a note on the window that said Noone is working and for emergencies call the number posted. We just went to the one bed room. In the morning I went to blow dry my hair and the blow dryer actually caught fire. This was the worst experience ever!

Me and my wife love this hotel, we love the kitchen in the room and how spacious the room is and even the color scheme of the room. The staff is cool and respectful.

Chk in 8:30 pm no room clean hand it to me key room open not clean _ unprofessional stuff offered you can leave at 9 pm basically I have no choice at wait for clean in front of my family actually I wast my money at this place if I have choice I want my money back………….so ……bad?

Dirty room, no body towels just face towels, no hangers for shirts and it took the staff a long time to prepare my room.

The place is a dump... There was no one attending the front desk, you have to call upstairs for someone to assist you. There were people in the yard drinking liquor and smoking weed. The whole place inside smelled like food cooking and this was after midnight. Then they asked you to pay so they can capture your credit card information and double charge you even though I checked out early(8 am) I still got charged an additional day, I paid though Hotel.com. Now I'm fighting to get the over charge even after speaking to someone! Please don't SPENT ONE SECOND IN THIS PLACE. IT IS A SHELTER!!!! AND TOTALLY SHOULD 🚫 NOT BE LISTED FOR RENT AS ROOMS FOR TRAVELERS. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!
