the staff at desk. not helpful or care at all

Staff was great and friendly. My room was clean but had a slightly musky smell and the sheets had a very strong detergent smell that just wouldn't go away, and there was some kind of issue with AC where the room would get cold but was still damp? Not very comfortable.

Well, the pool is not working

The staff at check in left a long lasting bad taste. Late check in. Rude staff. Maybe they forgot how or why they get paid. I wonder if they have difficultly spending the paycheck they get? Extremely frustrating that they were so rude. And a 12 dollar upcharge for frozen food breakfast is criminal. You should be embarrassed to even ask for this. Your room smelled like it expired years ago. Get it together.

The night staff was helpful

Very good/excellent staff and a useful business station in the lobby. After a few days of no hot food, breakfast dramatically improved the last part of our visit.

The hotel itself was good, and the cleanliness was generally satisfactory. There was just one issue during breakfast: two of the porcelain coffee cups had lipstick marks on them. I’m not sure whether this was due to guests putting used cups back or an oversight by the kitchen staff, but it was something that should be improved. Other than that, the hotel offers very good value for the price. Overall, I think it deserves a solid 4 out of 5 stars.

Having to pay a night to cancel my reservation in order to move hotels. Worth it.

Clean room with a comfortable bed and very friendly staff

The hotel was very clean and the staff was amazing.

We chose this property because we have had good experiences with this brand at other locations but unfortunately despite searching specifically for pool properties for our kids when we arrived we found out the pool would not be available. With plenty of comparable properties in the area the pool closure would have impacted our choice if we had known.

Property description said they had a Tesla supercharger there but on arrival it was some other charger that took hours and cost a ridiculous amount of money. Only rented this location for the charger and that was misrepresented.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. It is close to restaurants and stores.

Clean room, pleasant staff, continental breakfast, even though it was supposed to be a full breakfast.

Breakfast wasn’t until 6:30 a.m. which doesn’t work well for most business travelers who have to catch an early flight.

The property was un maintained inside and out it was a scary experience to sleep

The staff was excellent. I went through hotels.com and I paid through a firm as a third-party when I checked in room was in operatable, and all of the rooms were booked in the hotel, and my autistic grandson were forced to leave because we couldn’t stay there due to the water shut off for the toilet overflowing, and then I couldn’t get a refund or help on a refund because I went to a third-party which means I’m still fighting will be reimbursed while they said that the firm said that the hotel had to contact them first in the hotel was telling me that affirm had to contact them vice versa and it never got solved so I’m still waiting to see if I am out of 240 bucks or Are they gonna square that off because I never stayed in the room I had to leave and drive about two hours back home so I don’t know
