Super 8 by Wyndham Rock Springs

You get what you pay for. The rooms were clean and ready for us. Check in was quick and easy. Lots of parking. The kids thought the seen a mouse dropping but no other signs of mice.

Good room for a night off from a long drive. It got the job done and was reasonably clean and maintained.

We still got in and had fun but it was really really cold!!!!

This motel is bad. Room big but no refrigerator. TV was broken. No beakers for drinking. Even there was a table light without bulbs. No breakfast. Only serials

Hot tub wasn't working but took a really hot shower to relax stressed muscles. Clean rooms and bathrooms.

The overall cleanliness and comforts of a good hotel.

When I booked the room with Travelocity, I chose to pay on arrival. I planned to use cash to pay for the room. My wife was having a medical procedure the next day and wanted to be close by the clinic. When we arrived at the motel, around 5PM, I greeted the front desk person. After I gave my name, the person (not friendly at all) informed me that he was about to cancel my reservation!! I asked why. He said that he attempted to pay for the room with my card on file and it declined. I told him I had planned on paying with cash and gave him the money, He abruptly informed me that when paying with cash, they required a $200 deposit from a card (I did not see this requirement on the Travelocity site)!!! Needless to say, he gave me the cash back and informed me that there is no room for my wife and I!!! I stormed out not knowing what to do next. Fortunately, we happened to see a nearby Motel 8. They had rooms, took my cash, and we had a pleasant stay. Absolutely ridiculous, and I was not prepared for that welcome!!!

The so called breakfast was practically nothing,,,the little that must have been there at the start was all gone within half an hour and never restocked even to no coffee

Terrible. Pool was really cold. The floor in the carpet had a big hole. Disgusting not worth the price.

Excellent service and amenities

There always seems to be a maintenance issue with Super 8 motels. The rod holding the shower head came off whenever you tried to remove the shower head. The breakfast at the Super 8 are nothing great, the juice machine are often not operational.

Staff was lovely. Close to fast food restaurants and shopping Tub was small. Breakfast was disappointing.

When we got there, there was somebody outside smoking in between the parking area and the front door to the office, and this person called the police on us as we were trying to get settled into our room. This basically ruined out entire night

The rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable The swimming pool was ice cold! The Kids could only stand it for half hour and came back to the room shivering with their lips blue!!

Coffee and the stag was somewhat helpful The room wasn't what was advertised, I had to unclog the toilet upon check in. No bidet as advertised. The breakfast was hardly that, just cereal, bread or cheap cinnamon roll and honey buns... The pool was ICE cold and there was no hot tub, the outside doors didn't lock... The most goes on ..

What breakfast items. We didn't shop.

The staff was great.
