They advertise room service, but the person working the desk “don’t know how to do that” and was extremely unhelpful. So after traveling for 12 hours I had to pack my family back up in the car to go pick up something for dinner.

The carpet in the room was worn and felt dirty. Housekeeping did not clean during our stay. we had to ask for more paper goods, did not get fresh towels. This was unexpected and unusual for the price we had to pay for the room. The room offered an exterior access door which suited us well. Other than that the stay was great.

They changed the breakfast to buffet style. Not all people can eat scrambled eggs. They didn't even have enough for each person and the table that it was on was very sticky and had stuff.All over it. They didn't even have toast. The new buffet style was garbage and I wish they would go back to the old style.

Due to the lack of flexibility and customer support regarding these charges, I was left dissatisfied with my overall experience. As a result, I will be choosing a different hotel for future trips to the area.

Overall the area was clean and well maintained. There is a desk clerk that is a bit grumpy, not sure why he is, but the rest of the staff were helpful and pleasant. Being connected to Old Chicago is very convenient. I will be staying here whenever I am working in the area.

Very clean large rooms. Very convenient having a restaurant attached to the hotel. Hotel breakfast was a big plus. Would stay there again

The breakfast at the old Chicago next door. Our room made us feel like we were the red headed step child room. The very last room at the end of the hall. You know, the kinda little funny room that sits RIGHT NEXT to the exit door that is accessed around a corner!! It was one night, we were tired.

Liked the restaurant attached to the Hotel but didn't care for the food. Will go out next time. Othere than that, I like the stay very much. Thank you for accommodating us.

Room was clean, pool and hot tub were clean and my kids enjoyed it. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable.
