Four Points by Sheraton Rock Springs

Arrived around 3:45pm and our room wasn’t ready. Check in is at 3 pm. Was told it would be 10 minutes. Waited 20 and decided to go to the bar. Sat at the bar and NOBODY was around. Never got waited on. Bar was open but no bartender. Desk clerk was pretty scatterbrained and wasn’t much help. She overcharged us to begin with for our breakfast but did correct it but charged us twice for the incidentals. Thank goodness they were only pending charges. Room was not as quiet as advertised. Water running in adjoining room was very loud. The $5 breakfast was a joke. Ate there all three mornings because we prepaid for it. They ran out of sausage the first day and had to wait for bacon to be cooked. No milk for cereal. Second day was ok but again wasn’t worth the money. Third day had to wait on forks to be washed, eggs were stuck to bottom of pan, had to wait for bacon and hashbrowns to cook. Mind you , this is supposed to be buffet style and was supposed to be available until 11:30. We were there at 9. Biscuits were refrigerator cold. Ran out of yogurt and they had added ice to the OJ to thin it out (wasn’t like that first two days) After spending almost $600 to stay there, it was extremely disappointing. We had three families staying there for a wedding and were all dissatisfied. Hope other people had better experiences and I hope they can improve but we won’t be back.

Breakfast was great...didn't cath the hostesses name but she was awesome navigating various guests and questions. Can't think of a thing.

Great room, nice staff, decent continental breakfast.

Location, clean Sheets were scratchy. Not a lot of guests, but they seem to book people right next to each other. Price high for area and day of week.

I appreciated the clean and spacious room. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The food at the restaurant was good. I enjoyed staying here.

Everything was brand new.

Hotel is accommodating and clean. Staff was did their job but did not go out of their way. We left a wallet behind and it was interesting to retrieve it, staff was a bit limited in ability to problem solve.

Convenient parking, spotlessly clean rooms,.Very quiet at night—great for sleep.

I loved the pool and restaurant and bar. We were charged $56 for our 12lb Maltese. There was absolutely no grass for my dog to go potty. She eventually peed on the rocks. She pooped in the hallway going back to our room. I cleaned it up with my poop bag.

The staff was excellent and the pool was 24hrs so it was easy to tire our kids out after a long day of traveling

The staff were very friendly and so helpful. Our room was much larger than expected. We weren’t so keen on our evening meal but breakfast was lovely.

The room was clean and the staff was friendly, but for a Sheraton it was pretty run down and a little shabby. I wouldn’t advise against staying here, but I would advise folks to keep their expectations appropriately low.

Have stayed there in the past specifically for good breakfast. It was subpar at best and not enough food for all guests. Also, no milk for cereal.
