Spark by Hilton Rock Springs

I was very pleasantly surprised when I entered the hotel room. It was simple and yet VERY clean and comfortable. The bathroom was a good size and also very clean. It was quiet with somewhat firm mattresses. I would have liked softer but they seem to all lean towards firm. The breakfast was good even though another protein option would have been nice. All in all, I would stay again.

Parking is primarily a single row spread around the building. On one side is a deep drainage ditch which doesn't leave a lot of excess room to navigate into a parking space. Add in a few U-haul trucks parallel parked next to the drainage ditch and its very hard to get in and out of spaces without doing some sort of 5 point turn. The location of the hotel is between a Kentucky Fried Chicken and a deep concrete drainage ditch. On the other side of the ditch is a U-haul storage warehouse. There is no landscaping to speak of. The room was clean. The little fridge in the room was cold. The HVAC worked well. I arrived late and there was a desk clerk immediately available. I would probably spend $10 to $15 per night more and stay someplace else next time.

Very nice/friendly staff

I stayed here last minute due to my reservation being cancelled by the original hotel I had booked. I would never stay here again. It is the care minimum for a ridiculous price, There was bathtub, but no stopper for the tub. There was no coffee maker or even ice bucket. We didn't even have wash cloths, There are no drawers anywhere, so if you are staying more than one night good luck figuring out where to put your stuff. The floors were dirty. The hallways were noisy, I put a towel under the door due to so much light coming in. The only positive thing I can say is that it was nice and cool. Also a great location. It looks fairly new as there is no landscaping.

Minimalist. Good bed. Good lighting. Great bathroom.

Room was very clean. Breakfast had a healthy selection with a great yogurt bar. Very clean staff was not very helpful but we found what we needed. Parking was great! Lovely pool but too cold to enjoy swimming and no hot tub available was a bummer. Beds were comfortable! Was a bummer I was not able to adjust our bed type to accommodate our grand son comfortably.

The location was convenient to restaurants and highway. The inside was all new and well kept. No elevator

Clean, fairly new and a very pleasant stay at an excellent rate. Would definitely stay here again.

Unclean. Food in fridge. The air pressure do bad our door would try to open everything someone opened the exterior door. The construction odor so strong I could not breathe. They had room ice cold...that was only way we could over ride the dangerous odors. I was unable to sleep and hadvtomude inhaler. My daughter had to use her breathing apparatus to get through the night. Thry lucky they have not had law suits. I expected more from this company. Everything. No coffee or tea ability in room. They said we could walk. Daughter uses walker. I'm 77... not an option. Breakfast was a joke. Will never return. Hilton clearly does not respect the common person.

There is no elevator. The ice machine on the second floor didn’t work. The breakfast did not include hot eggs and a breakfast meat.

Room was clean and big. Renovated building. Nice quick breakfast bar. Very friendly ladies at front desk.

Easy check-in, convenient parking, very clean & new room.

For the money a decent place to stay. The bedding was nice, room clean, just a bare bones type of place to stay. Room was comfortable for our overnight stay.
