The room was clean, but I missed things like a microwave and fridge. The staff was friendly. Breakfast was decent.

First of when I got there they charged me a deposit and proceeded to charge me it to my account I asked multiple times if that would be returned, the guy said yes. it was just me and my son we left the room as we got it , on my account I saw a pending refund for the deposit , but a day later they charged it and didn’t give me my deposit, I called the office and the guy who answered said he would tell his manager. Breakfast was horrible. I will never be staying here.

Friendly staff. Quick to address a problem with the TV. They were able to accommodate my request for ground level room with out any problems or added costs. Floors were very sticky and dirty feeling. Bedspreads were in need of laundering.

Very sketchy area. Ice machine was broke. No clean towels, was only given one and when asked for more since we are a family of 4 worker came back with one full and two hand towels and said that's all they had clean. Would not stay at.

The room was absolutely disgusting. I didn’t even dare step on the floor. I would not recommend staying here. The manager and staff are not willing to work with you either. This motel is a scam!

Good location with a lot of places nearby. The room was clean. Floors looked dirty but weren’t, they were stained and speckled with paint. Check in was easy and quick.

At the breakfast bar, the microwave and toaster could not be operated at the same time or it would trip a breaker.

Front desk super friendly. This is for the non updated rooms (double beds). Double bed room is very small, not huge issue but 4 people will not comfortably fit. Door had a rattle because of A/C vibration. Bed was up against A/C and A/C unit had blown bugs all over bed spread. Room was not very clean, stuff in trash, and residue splatter on wall. Because of bugs and size of room, I had to cancel. Their updated rooms are probably better but I was unable to book one. I felt bad because front desk employee was very friendly and apologized.

Very clean. Nicely remodeled room. Great coffee in the dining room. Friendly lobby personnel. Chair and bed were very comfortable. It's off the freeway, so quiet. Location to shops and dining is great.
