The room had a locker room Oder that hit immediately as I walked in. The hallways were musty as well. No ice machine on any floor. Had to go to the lobby so the attendant could go to their quarters,get ice and pass it to you through the window

Very simple hotel but clean and comfortable! Everything in room is like brand new including the bathroom which is very important to me. We had a full size fridge and a sink with microwave. The bed was clean and comfortable. For a place to chill and relax i recommend it and the price is nice. 😊

Absolutely nothing. This place is horrible The front desk was trying to charge me extra. Saying that I had to pay extra for people who i already paid for. We had to give them a room back so they wouldn't charge us. I paid for 6 rooms and they only let us have 5 and refused to refund me for the room that they took from us that I paid for. Will not ever use this hotel chain again, and most like will never us booking.com again unless they refund my money

Price point A bit loud at times but settled down at bed time.

The entire place smelled like mold, the rooms made me think of a mental hospital. The man watched us on the cameras walking in and out of the room and even told us he was watching us. Very creepy. We checked out of the hotel and went to a very nice hotel.

Our room was huge and the beds were very comfortable!

The door jam was broken and the deadbolt didn't work. The floor was very dirty as well as the bathroom countertop. There was hair on the sink and hair ties on the nightstand. The walls and bathroom door (which did not close) had spray marks of something and scuff marks. The bed was changed and had clean linens but old flat small pillows. The room we booked was not the room we were given.

As soon as I showed up, they charged me a fee of 25, then they sent me to my room. As soon as I entered the room, I saw dead and alive cockroaches. The room was infested. I didn't stay and demanded a refund. The owner laughed in my face. I will be getting my refund.

Nice quiet place, neat room

This room had cockroaches. I called the front desk and told them. They offered to put us in a new room but I told them it was late and my kids were sleeping I don’t want to wake them. Staff said they could come inspect the room. I told them I killed the roach and flushed it down the toilet. I said I wanted to speak to an upper manager or corporate and I would like the number to call the next day. They would not give me any number and said they could call the police. The staff became angry and aggressive on the phone. I told them I would be leaving a bad review and a woman then got on the phone and said what could they do. Again I told them at that time of night (around 1am) there was nothing to be done and switching rooms would not be helpful due to guarantee that roaches were not isolated to that room, and they would certainly be in another room as well. I continued to see roaches throughout the night. I didn’t sleep at all, I stayed up making sure those nasty creatures wouldn’t get on my children whilst they slept. The room looked clean, the beds were nice, the only problem was the roaches and the smell of uncleanliness in the halls and lobby. I overlooked the smell when we first checked in.
