The room we were first in did not meet our needs . I went to get something nearby and when I came back a handicapped room had come available. It was perfect. I needed some pillows later and the lady at the desk provided them. After making the reservation and driving for 2 hours to pick up an old friend I then drove an hour and a half to get her to Rockingham for a scheduled early morning surgery. I was told my home address was not far enough away (47 1/2 miles)for me to stay. It felt a bit like an interrogation. She got it approved and thee attitude improved. Also the room we stayed in smelled of smoke. I have to admit I didn't ask if it was non-smoking. Also the location is a bit surprising for a Marriott property. For Rockingham it is not a very desirable neighborhood.

The location was great ! Very clean good variety for breakfast. The staff Tracy and Robin. We’re both very helpful with everything we need. The pool was closed… only because it wasn’t time for it to be open yet

I didn’t get a chance to stay I booked and paid for the room when I got there to check in the told me I couldn’t because my address was not further out the district and I still haven’t received my money and it’s been a month

It was clean and the beds are comfortable the room was nice and clean. The complementary breakfast can be better during weekday.There was a roach in my room and they didn't acknowledge it or try to compensate me for it.i told attendant on duty and said it was a manger issue and the manager was not there at time.This was the second time this happened to me and this same location and the last time I was there was over 6years ago.

The staff, I’m telling you I have never been treated so good! We brought our granddaughter with us and those ladies treated her like a queen at breakfast. Even gave me a bag to take her snacks for the road. I love this at home feeling. There was nothing I didn’t like.
