Breakfast not eatable and only old, cold coffee available at 8 am.

AC was very nice, room should have been cleaned, and/or at least empty trash can. Room #100 felt like it was siting directly in the intersection of Hgwy 74 and 220. The noise was terrible from the cars and trains.

Location Not kept up - needs to be taking care of of grounds - dirty room old - mattress outside of a room tje whole day we were there - my wife's smart watch was left there and we called to ask about it being found and they never called back - we tracked it there -- good by watch

We were told when we checked in we got one of the last rooms. So I figured it was our only choice plus the person that checked us in did not understand English very well! Also the coffee was cold at breakfast along with the eggs and frozen muffins.

Didn't get breakfast, no signs to say when breakfast was. Got to the breakfast area at 9:50 am and breakfast was all cleaned up and closed. Didn't get breakfast

Tenant doing a brake job in parking lot. Owner of establishment charged our credit card the moment we booked the room, not when we arrived 6 weeks later. Breakfast accommodations were poor. Out of coffee for about 15 minutes . Food was barely edible.

Parking was very good.

We had a nice two day stay. Our room was very clean and smelled nice. Air conditioning worked well. Only complaint is non handicap people parking in the handicap spots. Made my walk a little farther.

They say they provide housekeeping only every third day, which is fine but during my six day stay the only time housekeeping came to my room was the morning after I arrived, when a woman wouldn't stop loudly banging on my door while I was on a phone call, despite my repeatedly telling her I had just arrived and didn't yet need housekeeping. At no point were the sheets or towels changed. The lock on the door appeared to have been kicked in at least once and didn't close flush, and the walls seem to be made of paper, which isn't great because the motel is situated directly next to a road seemingly popular with the local engine tuning and drag racing contingent. One of the two bath towels was threadbare and had black stains on it, and the pillows had stains as well. The ironing board was filthy enough that there's no way I'd put clean clothes on it, which didn't matter because the iron in the room had plastic melted to the bottom plate and was unusable anyway. The amenities listed included a pool but it was both clothed and filthy despite it being in the high 80s during my stay. I will not be staying here again.

The room was ok, could have been cleaner. Smudges and cobwebs on light fixtures on wall. Vent in bathroom very dusty. Bathroom faucet was very wobbly. Staff were not very friendly. Breakfast setup was nice, had waffles, eggs,bacon, toast,muffins, coffee and cereal. Overall was just ok.

the toilet seat was worn and looked unclean in the restroom.

Nothing They didn’t have room ready sent me to a dirty used room then to a new room toilet didn’t work had to use offis toilet which had no toilet paper so very inconvenient stay for under twelve hrs and 150$

Sofa was old and worn. Bed was just a mattress on a not so steady bed frame. Toilet did not flush correctly. Cabinet and bathroom counter had scratches and chips of wood missing. Door did not shut all the way. At bottom there was a gap between door and doorway.

Sheets had stains and the pillows where the size of decorative couch pillows the property didn’t look like it had been maintained or up kept at all the for my room had a decent gap at the bottom which allowed the lights from the walk way to shine into the room and allowed the wind to blow dust into the room

Too close to the highway couldn't sleep
