Couldn't give me a receipt on check out; shower curtain moldy in bottom, door did feel like it shut and it was noisy outside for awhile

The smell in the main check-in area was overpowering. the parking lot was scattered with trash. the quality of the furnishings in the room was abysmal, the drapes were broken and would not close, and the TV controller only had one battery (it takes two to work). plus, the office person could never get the TV to work. the place was horrible. I plan to file a complaint with my visa provider and Quality Inn Inc.

Quite a pleasant surprise for an inexpensive stay. Unassuming period motel, but recent improvements ere obvious (remodeled bathrooms, new beds, vinyl tiled floors. Good water pressure, temperature control, plenty of parking and a real breakfast including eggs, waffles, bagels, cereal - the usual works for a decent short stay hotel, mot the cellophane wrapped stuff that some places try to offer. Glad we booked here.

We asked for extended stay they did not offer but one gentleman told my husband not to worry they could stay longer however they got in a 5 am and they were screaming at them to get out right at 11. All they needed was 2 hours longer

Rooms had a stench of mold. Curtains literally hanging off wall. Lamps did not work. Fridge was warmer than the dresser. No shampoo in dispenser. No conditioner in dispenser. And the final kicker….. there was ZERO toilet paper in our room. Not on roller. Not in cabinet. ZERO. I went to front desk to let them know about the toilet paper and her response was “oh ok, would you like some?” The best thing about this place was the Mexican restaurant across the street. 10/10. Please. Consider other hotels to stay if travelling south. PS - I have never written a bad review before. I want to save the next family from having to wipe a sock in an emergency. 😂

We needed a place to stay with our cats. They charge $25 per pet which is fine but they also charge an additional $150 cleaning fee which we did not know. I thought the $25 per pet was for that??? Needless to say it made the cost of the stay prohibitive and we lost our room fee.

The room was in an old and sloppy condition. Curtain had holes and hanging off rod. The only thing in the shower was a bottle of conditioner. No shampoo. Tissue box empty. Everything needed a good cleaning. Breakfast was bad . Ran out of coffee and milk.
