There were no handles in the bathroom to get in and out of the shower. The TV system did operate very well. The lock on my door needed a new battery. It just wasn’t real comfortable. The beds were good, however.

Pool and hot tub open only 11-7 on weekends but 10-8 during the week. This was the only real problem we had with this location. We like to relax after being out for the day and this wasn't late enough

Close to where I had to conduct business. Would have preferred the summer in pool opened earlier than 10 AM.

First, the building is beautiful and centrally located right in the heart of the city. Easy walk to everywhere you want to go. The rooms are incredibly spacious and clean. Beds were very comfortable. Get a higher floor if you want to avoid street noise. I had a cooked to order breakfast one morning and it was perfect. Nice to have real eggs and meat. Huge selection. The bar is spacious and open until 10pm. Perfect spot for post meeting debrief and work catch up. The high table has built in charging stations. Everything is new and modern. Staff is very friendly. Would definitely return.

Excellent location in downtown Rockville, close to Metro station and many restaurants. Large room, breakfast was convenient and good value. Bathroom shower needs updating. Shower grout needs cleaning and tile is very slippery with no available non skid shower mat. Hair dryer had little power and worked poorly.

The person who checked me in was not very friendly. The morning crew was a lot better. The location is good in terms of restaurants and walkability. My biggest issue was how loud the room was. I stayed overnight for an interview I had the next morning and only got 2 hours of sleep because the air conditioning unit sounded like a jet plan every time it clicked on and the toilet ran all night but instead of a trickle sound it was more like someone had turned on the shower. I personally wouldn’t stay here again, but I’ve also experienced worse.

We didn't have breakfast there. Their hours are from 6 to 9am. We weren't ready at 9am . I think the place was great for the value.
