Urine stains and smell on sofa bed, an dark droppings of some sort. Stains on sofa ,sofa table and carpet. Changed rooms 3 times.Hairs in bed , first bathroom tile cruddy, other two were just exceptable. Brian was extremely accommodating but at this point all rooms are the same. Second staff member Friday 8/14/2026 was not friendly or accommodating. Shameful how owners just take the money and don't want to upkeep there businesses. Would they stay in a room smelling like urine all those sofas need to be torched. Unexceptable. People traveling HOURS an get to destinations not updated is extremely upsetting.

Room was clean, staff was helpful, check in was hassle free, breakfast was decent and there is plenty of food options in walking distance. We look forward to visiting again.

Need more towels in the room

The staff especially Brian was amazing I will definitely be back.

However they felt bad about it at the end of the stay and refunded me 50% off one night. So, there’s that. All in all, I would stay there again —- just need to stay on top of the front desk everyday.

Not as nice as showed in photo. Charged extra without notifying in advance. Shower did not work properly. The only thing I like is the bed, which is comfortable.

This hotel was a nice hotel and easy to check in and out of. The parking was smooth and easy as well. It was close to eateries and shopping, very walkable. My family and I enjoyed it.

Location and Front Desk personnel The pull out couch had a sheet and thin blanket but there wasn’t a comforter like the bed and our daughter was cold through the night.

Since I had to deliver my work as an exhibiting artist using a U-Haul truck, I couldn’t park in the hotel garage. Although we were advised to park in front of the hotel, I didn’t feel it was safe enough after a man threw a bottle at our truck.

The hotel is located a 7-minute walking distance from Rockville Metro Station, where you can take the Red Line to Washington, DC, which takes about 30 minutes (during our visit, there was rail work on the Red Line, and we had to take a free shuttle to skip 3 stops, which increased the trip time by 30 minutes). We didn't try the hotel's breakfast, but there are a few good places for breakfast within a 5-minute walk.

Location No breakfast, rooms not being done everyday.

Everything was great thank you great services

Its clean and walking distance to buy staff

The staff was very helpful. They even graciously mailed back a forgotten item. The room was very spacious and comfortable. Restaurants right around the corner. Great alternative to North Bethesda — just one stop away on the red line. Just be aware that map apps list two locations (close together), so you’ll want to check the street address.

I had some questions about the stay and about the charge, however I never managed to contact neither hotel nor the corporate via email. I tried both prior and post stay. To this day I didn't get response from either one of the emails.

rooms are spacious and clean ! good value for the price as well

The Cambria Rockville was a welcome respite after being on the road for almost 2 weeks. The location was perfect and an easy metro ride into DC. The staff was friendly, the room was immaculate and the overall vibe was perfect! I highly recommend staying there and hope to be back in the near future!

Comfy beds. Facilities are old and need updating. Black tarry substance ground into carpet, hard to get basics like soap. Need to request reset of room from housekeeping a minimum of 24 hours in advance which would be prior to your check in! You will get multiple texts asking if your room is okay and if you need anything but it is not a text chain you can respond to, meaning it’s only annoyance and interruption in your life- performative help rather than actual assistance.
