Good stop for us on our way up north. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Breakfast looked like it had all been cooked when breakfast started and left to sit on the warmers. We arrive to eat around 8:50 am and found most of it inedible. Self serve Pancake maker allowed me to make myself a fresh pancake.

The night manager confirmed that this problem is a known issue with that room. Despite this, we were assigned to it, and neither the day manager nor Expedia offered any meaningful compensation after we raised our concerns. Due to the preventable nature of the issue and the lack of support provided, I cannot recommend this hotel. I also would not recommend using Expedia - they are absolutely useless.

The housekeeping tried again & again to get in:( So this is my rating!

Clean and friendly staff There was a game and it was a bit nosy during the game but after that it was quiet. I wish I would have known prior to booking as I do go to relax and have tranquility.

The room was fine, the staff were all lovely, and the breakfast was fine. Vegan options for breakfast were very limited, but that wasn't surprising. Altogether we had a very nice stay.

One night stop. Comfortable, clean and well appointed hotel. Walkable to a Longhorn Steak House, which is a bonus. Would stay again.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast had good options. The room was big and comfy. The floor in front of the fridge was a little bit sticky.

Our stay went very well

Probably one of the cleanest hotels I have stayed at in a while, I can’t tell you the last time I checked into a hotel and it didn’t smell like tobacco or marijuana in the lobby, halls or rooms. Air conditioning was perfect and quiet. The fridge is slightly larger than the mini kind and the beds were comfortable. When I needed to book another night on short notice they made it very fast and simple. Breakfast was great too!

Very good

Breakfast was ok, the same meal for the 3 days I spent there. There could have been a little more variety to choose from. The service was minimal, the front desk staff both morning and night were very helpful especial the night staff. The advised rooms on the web site was not what I experienced. I expect the room to be like what was on the web site, location, businesses in the area which were mentioned as walkable were not seen or easily located.
