Again, we loved our stay and our grandson loved the pool too. It is a wonderful place to stay because of the people who work there, and the manager running it!! Its always been a pleasure.

stayed in room 108. the room was comfortable just small for a double queen room especially since we booked for a concert in hartford but the building was quiet, the grounds were clean, and the staff was friendly at check in and check out. the wall on the outside of the bathroom next to one of the beds was leaking not big obvious gushes of water but enough that we noticed before check out that our bag and the things inside were wet...

The bed was really comfortable, the bathroom was clean, and the staff was very friendly. Breakfast was ok. I have nothing to complain.

The woman at the front desk was very nice and welcoming. Parking was easy. The hotel is right off the highway and there are gas stations, restaurants and fast food easily accessible by car. The room was clean. Adequate place to lay your head. The shower/ tub wasn’t draining so we opted not to use the shower - we were there for one night - after our concert we realized the tub didn’t drain - we prioritized sleep over calling for someone to try to fix it. Next morning we chose to go home and shower rather than wait for someone to look at it but I have no doubt the attentive staff would have been right there if we called them. It wasn’t a huge deal so we just made due. Amenities are basic…dove products in the shower. Overall I probably would spend more and stay elsewhere but if I had to stay again, I would / there wasn’t anything horrible about it.

Overall, the room was clean, but there was no hand soap at the sink at all, only in the shower. The breakfast buffet was not well attended to. When the pancake machine stopped working, it was because it needed more batter. The bowl of bananas was empty at times.
