The its not clean Cockroaches in the hotel room—that is not normal at all.

Room smell, light mold, they put me in another room and then there was roaches not good at all, and they didn’t want to refund me for all the days

We brought these issues to the staff, and while they offered another room, the overall condition was not any different. We also asked for compensation but received only a small portion back despite the problems being clearly visible.

Unfortunately, the property was undergoing renovations and workers were demolishing the room two doors down from us. The cable TV did not work, the phone did not work and had the wrong room number on it. I was concerned that the front desk reception made a photocopy of my license at check-in. The room was very reasonably priced and the breakfast was good, so it helped to make up for some of the deficiencies.

Great customer service, good breakfast. Bathroom needs updating, bathtub slippery, almost fell. the hot water takes long to come out,

don’t recommend nobody to stay , nets and everything all in the room , the rooms smell like smoking rooms . it was not clean at all they can do better . I would never stay again and I traveled from out of town just for me to be disappointed.

The bathroom was tiny. The chair in the room was filthy and needed to be in the dumpster!!! There was a cockroach on the counter in the breakfast room the last morning I was there!!!

The staff was kind, helpful, and patient. The room smelled funny. The shower head leaked. The tv remote didn’t turn the tv on.
