The property is very tired and worn out. The staff was very nice.

Toilet clogged in pool area not taken care of whwn told about it. Very small bathroom. Toilet up against sink counter. Musty smell in room.

Although it says nonsmoking people smoke and it smells they should also remodel the place

A little rough

The bathroom toilet ran all night long were it interrupted the sleep, the carpet was torn and there were roaches in the bathroom and a dirty face cloth underneath the sink that was dirty. I will never stay there again

I did have some minor issues with the television in my room, there was no controller when I got to the room and then some program issues I didn’t understand. But I wasn’t really concerned, it was a trip to see family and friends not watching tv.

Upon my arrival, I was greeted by the receptionist at the desk. She was extremely friendly. And I thought this is gonna be a wonderful experience. I rode the elevator up to the third floor to my room. I entered the room and my room immediately smelled like smoke. I did pay for a non-smoking room. I noticed missing spackle on the wall, a stain that looked like Kool-Aid on the carpet and the hairdryer was hanging off of the wall. The cord to the cable box was also hanging out of the cable box behind the TV. The lamps were not plugged in. I checked the hairdryer because I was going to use it, thankfully I hadn’t washed my hair yet, and it didn’t work at all. There was holes in the shower. The faucet hung and was loose. This place is really one of those places that you get what you pay for.

THE BUGS IN THE ROOM

It was convenient and close to the venue we were attending a concert at. There’s nothing worse than staying in a place that you second guess the cleanliness of your environment. The bathroom was clean, linens were clean, beds were neatly made. No complaints there. But immediately when we walked into our room there was a strong musty/mildew like odor. The odor was so strong that everything I packed in my suitcase and wore had to be cleaned when I got home because the smell soaked into my clothes. The walls are discolored like they’re dirty, someone smoked in there or have a terrible paint job. The beds were not comfortable. The lighting in the room was very dark.

Bathroom very small, small beds, no butter for toast or bagels, milk was empty for cereal, waffle mix was empty, pumpkin spice waffle mix separating in the cup! First room stunk really bad and carpeting needs to replaced throughout the whole place!

Pain room great air conditioner. The pool was fantastic and stuff were well to work with they pushed hard to try to get me another night with health issues The manager was really kind and the food was fantastic out of a 10 out of 10 I give this property a 10
