Staybridge Suites Bentonville-Rogers by IHG

We had a two-bedroom suite. It was large, but basic. Much better than small, fancier rooms. The buffet breakfast, laundry and gym were all good. I'd stay there again.

This hotel was very clean, room comfortable and nice. Bed and pillows comfortable and nice to have kitchenette. Check in was easy, as was check out. Breakfast was really good with nice selection of hot and cold items, great coffee! All the other reviews I had read were correct on all those topics. The only part was that either I didn't read the online description correctly, or missed it but the pool is not on this property. It is at the sister property next door, which is very close, right beside our hotel. However one would have to walk there and back. Also the day we arrived the pool was not in working condition. Luckily I was not traveling with the grandchildren, so that was not a deal breaker. However, if you are wanting a pool, you might check into this further before you book. Also if highway noise bothers you, then ask for a room at the front of the building, facing the parking lot. Our room was at the back of the building, and we were so close to the 6 lane highway, that the road noise and loud vehicles could be heard over the AC.

The rooms were large and spacious. Beds were comfortable. There was only 1 elevator, it was very hot inside it. There were not any ice machines on the each individual floor that we could find to fill up water jugs.

Wonderful stay, more than expected

Second time staying at IHG properties and love it so far.

Staff were so helpful and nice. The room was so clean and so very comfortable. How hard the door closes. Kinda kicks out .

Extremely clean and large suite. Breakfast employee was super friendly and helpful. The living room ac was very cold but the bedroom ac wasn’t as cold. Bed was a little firm for me but not bad.

The room is nice and breakfast was great. The staff was nice however our TV in the bedroom didn’t work. We asked 3 times about fixing it. It never happened. Otherwise this hotel is nice we would stay there again.

Easy to find The breakfast was almost none existent. What was available wasn’t great options.

The hotel was exceptionally clean you could immediately notice the freshness upon entering the property. The beds were comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful, with minimal noise from other guests. I will definitely return to this location and highly recommend it to others seeking a comfortable and welcoming stay.
