Very clean. Helpful staff

I will book here again for concert was a walk across the street.

Wonderful stay at a beautiful hotel. Beds could be softer and then it would get a 5 out of 5 stars.
-
Dirty floors. AC would not cool below 72° entire common spaces in hotel were extremely hot. Great omelet station though!

So clean. Excellent rooms. Great breakfast

The hotel could use some renovation. Ice machine on our floor did not work. Fridge in room did not work so they brought in another one so room looked in disarray. Hair on bedspreads. Bed was clean but long hair on top of spread was a turnoff. Just not like most Embassey Suites I stay in.

Breakfast was amazing, but the pool was cloudy.

No hot water

As always, my stay with Embassy suites went flawless. It’s definitely my number one option when I am in Northwest Arkansas.

The hotel is nice, but the in room coffee was all tea and when I called for more coffee pods, they brought more tea. Also, there was no hot water at all in the entire building and there was no mention of it at check-in or on Check Out. At check Out she told me yes we have no hot water. No apology no other suggestions, but they did tell us there was charge for parking in the parking lot outside which was a fun little surprise after a cold shower. I guess that before getting a room here, I would call and check to see if the air-conditioning, hot water heaters or furnace are working before you go to this lovely hotel 😁

Stayed during a Convention, so never tried the, "made to order" breakfast. Loved the complimentary drinks. With how many people were there, the staff stayed as quickly as possible, friendly as possible and kept the common areas as clean as possible. The facility is a little dated, carpets could definitely use some love and our Spa Tower Corner Suite could definitely use some special attention as in Bleach or total remodel to rid it of a certain, "growth". It would've been nice to see a café option open more than just a few hours also. Overall, it is close to dining, shopping, held the convention and staff was great.

Breakfast was so good. Lots of options and area was very clean. The bartender was wonderful!!! Kept his cool with a full bar and made sure everyone was taken care of.
-
The pool room was 115*. The door was open so the warm pool and room was not worth the stay. It was why we stayed.

The hotel is great and very nice. We stayed in the spa tower which seemed to be slightly disheveled . Not sure if it was just closed for the weekend or being renovated. The hotel seems on the verge of being dated. The upstairs hallway vas very hot but the temperature in the room was good. The bed was very comfortable and probably one of the best beds I’ve had in a hotel. We were there for a concert at the Walmart Amp and was put in the tower closer to the venue which made it nice to walk to! They had a manager special hour where guests got 2 free drink which was very nice as well.. would definitely recommend and stay here again.

This Embassy is all suites. We truly enjoy the extra space. Bathroom is placed outside the bedroom door. No getting disturbed by grandkids on the sleeper sofa when they go to the bathroom in the night. Breakfast was very good.
