The room was very clean. There was only 1 plug by one bed, that’s the only thing I didn’t like. Thank goodness I had a 10ft phone cord.

Property, staff, decor, absolutely everything was amazing and beautiful. The only complaint I have is that ALL hotels put scented shampoo, lotion, and conditioner in the bathroom. I am allergic to scents. It would be great if you would put one small dispenser of unscented. Lots of my patients that I work with have this problem. Migraines, allergies, etc. We can't tolerate different scents. But, the room was amazing and everything in it was useful and upscale. Thank you!

The front desk girl was no helpful or welcoming. However, the concierge team was lovely and helpful. The hotel is modern and clean and placed well in the community.

Wonderful staff, great location, beautiful hotel. Rooms were very comfortable and staff are friendly and helpful. Several good restaurants and shopping centers close by, centrally located between Fayetteville and Bentonville with easy access to highways. Very enjoyable and highly recommended.

It took almost an hour after checkin time to be able to actually check into our room. The reservation was booked for 6 people, but there was not enough towels, pillows, or blankets available. The mattress on the pull out bed was not clean, and the one extra blanket we found in the room was also dirty. When all of these issues were brought to the staffs attention, everyone was extremely rude and acted as if we were inconveniencing them. All very trivial, but it did cement the decision to not book with this hotel again.

The hotel was clean and staff were fine. The only issue that I had was that the shower would not turn on. It was too close to my checkout time so I did not ask for assistance.
