Everything was great. Only issue was the water for showers was not hot at all.

No Hot water. Water heater was broken and the staff never stated when I checked in. I would have gone somewhere else. The bath tub drain was clogged and the sink had a steady drip.

1st room was dirty moldy and had a horrible smell. After we got transferred to another room which was a downgrade from our King room. We did not have any hot water for the two days we stayed in that room. So no showers and the tub was moldy and I am glad I did not take a shower. Also the water in the bathroom lines would run full force like every 20 minutes all night and day. And the bath tub spout leaked constantly and left water constantly in the tub. Very very disappointing.

Only one of two lodging options in Rogersville and perhaps a tiny bit better than the Quality Inn. That said, this Comfort inn is awful - dirty, musty and forgotten, There wasn’t any hot water for showers and the employees acknowledge that they need new hot water heaters,

Room was clean along with common areas, only thing I would lower stars is we had to ask for towels and wash rags instead of daily or every other day replaced

Shower curtain ripped up, pool & spa had a ton of chemicals in it enough to burn your eyes. The carpet needed cleaned, The bed was brick hard.

Good place for a night’s rest while on the road. Bed was comfortable and clean. Desk clerk wasn’t exactly friendly but she was helpful. I was looking forward to a dip in the pool but was disappointed to see green water in the pool and hot tub. Breakfast was good, eggs, bacon and warm biscuits. Wish I had brought my Roku stick. No smart tv so channels were limited.

Real nice place real clean the girl that checked us in was a real nice young lady her name was laura the owner is a very nice man we stay they a lot and tell everybody it’s a good place to stay Thanks for a pleasant stay Tammy

Enjoyed the pool. Good breakfast. Breakfast attendant on Saturday was very friendly and helpful, kept diners informed on coffee is brewing, more eggs coming, etc. He was the highlight of our stay.

It was very clean and the hot tub was great but the pool was very cold.....everything was great but the mattress on the bed was very hard....I am disabled and I didn't like that but everything else was great.....we will stay here the next time we come to Tennessee 5-stars Just the mattress was too hard and the pool was too cold but the rest was great

The hotel was small. It has a nice pool and hot tub. The breakfast was not so good. It has minimal breakfast selections. The air conditioner in the room was ok. 2nd floor ice maker and pop machine were broken. It was clean and they were trying to fix some stuff up.

Front staff very friendly and easy check in. Our room was very clean and tidy. The breakfast every morning was nice and good. I don't really have any complaints.
