Quality Inn Rogersville

First of all, their ice machine did not work. The bathroom tub was rusted and mildew. 3 o'clock in the morning, somebody's trying to open my door because they sold my room to somebody else, not very nice, could not sleep the rest of the Night.

Didn’t like anything. The rooms were VERY dirty. I pulled the covers back and the sheets were not changed. Hair and dirt in the bed. The shower had hair all in it and the paint was peeling. The floor around the toilet was dirty and so was the shower curtain. I ended up going to the dollar general next door and buying cleaning supplies and a sheet set for the bed because staff wasn’t at the counter. The ac didn’t cool the room and kept turning off so we checked the filter and looks like it has never been cleaned. The TV didn’t work. Oh plus there were people in the parking lot throwing up all over the place which I assume had to much to drink.

The staff were so nice and helpful. The room they gave me at first smelled like dog and I am allergic to dogs — I almost threw up. I think they should have the first floor assigned for animal holder guest. They be second floor should be for non dog owner guest. The towels were not the cleanest so I used them for the floor. I think someone attempted to come in my room while I was in it but I think it was house keeping which is weird because I had the do not enter sign up. The shower curtain was brown at the bottom. It’s only two hotels in the small town this is probably the best one I think ?

The mold, mildew and unclean surfaces were disgusting. Do not stay here

The stairs were filthy and looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time, the room felt dirty, the shower was gross, the floor was sticky and I could not walk barefoot on it without getting my feet dirty. In front of the toilet the floor was gross, the fixtures in the bathroom were broken, making it impossible to turn off the shower for a bath, which I would never have done because the bathtub was dirty, the shower fixture was old and sprayed all over - not relaxing but stinging, and the shower walls were old and stained, the lighting next to the bed didn’t work on one side, the lampshades were broken and ripped, the air conditioner was excessively loud, and the main door did not seal properly, the extra lock was broken and the light from the hallway shown through all the edges of the door, the bathroom door lock was broken and did not lock… and after sleeping badly because the room next to me had their tv on full volume, there was absolutely NO coffee or ANY food in the lobby for me to have a continental breakfast. This was absolutely the worst hotel I’ve EVER stayed at. Very disappointing.

There wasn't anything to like The staff, the lack of elevator, the amenities, the bed, the smell, the false advertising a pool

When I arrived at 11pm to rest from long drives the room was so hot with no ac and I could not sleep waiting hours for the room to cool down

Good location Outdated! Poor landscaping Washer,Dryer,Ice Machine were all broke Shower-tub faucets half working

Easy to find It didn’t have a pool

The staff was amazing. Super professional, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable about the area. It was advertised as having a pool. I picked this hotel solely for the pool. It was closed and o was told they would not be opening it this year at all. It should not be advertised as having a pool. Also, parts of the room were falling apart.

The hard mattress

Clean room, staff was friendly, breakfast was only cereal, muffins, waffles, juice and coffee, parking was good not crowded.

Honestly it’s a dump. I lived in this town for 20 years and had to go back recently for a short visit. The bathroom shower was awful, the shower head needed replacement the sink had a big gap against the wall, the bathroom fan was super loud, the air conditioner was also super noisy AND they made me pay a $100 deposit when we checked in for damages in the event we broke anything. LOL

Felt very safe and the staff was super friendly and helpful.

Friendly staff, clean room, comfortable beds, convenient location to downtown Rogersville area.
