The room was really nice overall. The bathroom was in not so good condition. It could use an upgrade. the shower faucet was not working and the shower head needs a replacement. The bathroom could use a makeover. One of the bulbs next to the bedroom was missing but overall the room was clean and nice. The king bed was nice and cozy!

Reception staff were great, pleasant and professional. Room was clean and bed comfortable. As we only did an overnight and left before breakfast I cannot comment on any of the amenities.

The bed was too soft, no support it engulfed you. I prefer a nice firm mattress. They Charged me $16.00 to park in there parking lot Overnight During My Stay!That is Infuriating!!! I have NEVER been charged for parking before!!! I will Never Go Back!!!

I was very surprised and upset when our room was not cleaned and we had dirty, stinky towels, and garbage

The room was nice. The breakfast was too expensive though so I didn't get that. The food was pricey. The room was clean but...some things were a bit grimy.

Bathrooms are dangerous and unacceptable. They still have old fixtures like low bathtubs and shower curtains. Also bathroom lack counter or shelf space. Will not stay there again.

Would not stay there again. They charge to park $15 a night, in a parking lot that is shared by another hotel and two restaurants. There are signs posted all around that state that you are parking at your own risk. There were very limited amenities in the room, no coffee packets one day and then only decaf coffee packets in the room another day. Overall it was not a great stay. Would not recommend.

Clean. Close to Ronkonkoma train station. A shame there’s no shuttle to take you there. Walkable during the day but not at 6 am. A/C wasn’t working great, room was too warm. The snacks and beverages were a nice touch. Check in felt a bit rushed and unfriendly. Shouldn’t have to join a club to get free WiFi.

Front desk failed to make accommodation for short term (2-3hours) luggage storage after checkout. Checkout at noon, was asking for 3 hours storage.
