After we complained they had someone repair by that time we were forced to make other plans to keep the 5 grandchildren busy We chose the hotel for all amenities Everything else was very good rooms are nice and spacious and bring dog friendly helped my grandog !!

Nothing The room small for 350 bucks . No room on one side of the bed. Only 1 TV small bathroom kitchen area never again.

Only 2 towels in room.... had to go to front desk for more.... light switch for vanity light and bathroom worked intermittently.... ceiling fan worked intermittently... when checking in room circuit breaker box two breakers continuously flipped and were warm ... evidence of minor bed bug infestation on one bed sheet corner.... floor was sticky.... left hotel at 11pm to go to another...

WE USUALLY STAY AT THE HAMPTON AT BROOKHAVEN BUT THEY WERE TOO EXPENSIVE THIS TIME SO WE CHOSE HOMEWOOD SUITES WHICH WAS FANTASTIK. VERY CLEAN AND NEW OR AT LEAST LOOKS NEW . WELL MAINTAINED. VERY HAPPY THAT WE WENT THERE AND WILL USE THEM THE NEXT TIME WE ARE IN TOWN . VERY HAPPY WITH THEM ALL THE WAYAROUND. BREAKFAST WAS WONDERFUL ALL THAT YOU COULD ASK FOR.

The room i stood in had either bed bugs or spider mites. I woke up to one crawling on me. Staff was great but throw at the bed and mattress in room 123

Place and room were clean. Nice staff. Only one issue and that was with our check in.

It was also walking distance to the train station. Breakfast was ok, but complimentary breakfast was nice.

But the biggest issue is the key cards kept not working. Staff had to change the batteries multiple times and was pretty inconvenient when it was late at night and were just wanting to get into the room
