Close to the airport and easy to access Nothing

Not value for money. The service was dismal. We had to wait around 15 mins to check in. The room didn’t feel clean as expected; it had a weird smell. Overall, it feels short of the cleanliness and services expected from a three starred hotel.

Room was clean!! Excellent customer service!!

Linens and coffee/coffee cups only every other day. Room was cold despite being June and A/C / heat not working. No luggage carts available. Lobby coffee supposed to be up by 7am but it wasn’t.. staff said “we’ll try to get it ready”. Restaurant server rude, food barely edible and expensive.

Great hotel with an excellent and friendly staff.

It was fine. Honestly, this hotel was WAY overpriced. Pretty much on par with any Quality Inn or La Quinta type of hotel, but they charge 4-star hotel prices. The room was very basic. They gave us free snacks in the room, which was nice -- but certainly not worth paying close to $500 a night. We paid that price for a gorgeous boutique hotel in Manhattan, and this place wasn't even close to being that level of hotel. The "fitness center" was a tiny closet of a room with no windows, a couple of treadmills and one incline bench with some weights. It's a little eye-rolling that they would call it a "fitness center." They do not make up the room every day -- it's every other day "unless requested." For $500 a night, they should have made up the room every day and put chocolates on the pillows every evening. It was clean enough. Fine. Just extremely basic. If you can get a room here for $150 a night tops, it would be fine.

The staff was extremely helpful and kind. The room was large, very clean and comfortable. The morning coffee was delicious and complimentary. My only complaint is that I did not like the use of Direct TV.

Arrived there one hour before check in. They gave someone else their room right away but made me wait an hour. Said it was because they were busy but the parking lot was empty. Don’t usually stay at hiltons anymore because of a bad experience but thought I would give this one a try. Big mistake.
