Hotel staff, location, room were great. Bed was soft and comfortable. However, they are renovating… as they should because things are run down. It had a gash in flor of elevator with wire showing, elevator button upside down and marks on walls where they are doing work. Glad they are updating. Ive stayed a few times and like location and the hotel. Wish I could have given them more stars.

dirty smelly room

Room was kinda ok but really outdated , the hallways was an old stained carpet and pilling wallpapers . Breakfast is only cold food whit out protein . Carbs only or fruit .

I hotel is located near Islip airport and was close to a wedding we attended. The hotel is undergoing a renovation but the rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast is minimal but good for on the go travelers.

I had no telephone and no tv for the entirety of my stay

We stayed here and honestly, it coukd have been better. The ice machines were broken on all floors except the first floor. We were on the 4th floor so that was a big inconvenience for us. The couch in the room was a broken sofa bed. We had to use half the couch and a computer chair to relax. Not very relaxing for sure. The water pressure was terrible. Not a good experience

Room was clean but recently renovated and items such as clock and phone not installed

Bathtub terribly stained, some looked like red blood-gross. Curtains/drapes practically falling down. Ice machine on our floor broken - no apparent effort to fix.

Mattress was very good Facility needs updating. Bathroom tub was very slippery. Shower was a bit difficult to decipher. Couch was very uncomfortable. Elevator was very worn and outdated.

I honestly can't believe I paid $500 for this room. The condition of the hotel was filthy the rugs are dirty the rooms have a horrible stale smell and quite frankly I feel like I was robbed paying this rate for this room. I actually would like 100% refund if possible because this was unacceptable The beds were horrible there was literally nothing good about this hotel. Everything, the hotel is filthy the rugs are all stained and smelly The rooms smell horrible The beds are lumpy and uncomfortable completely unacceptable

There was not much to like the breakfast was mediocre. The room was OK. The air-conditioning worked really well in the room. I checked in on Tuesday. I had family check on Wednesday family check-in on Thursday. My family that checked in on Wednesday because we had prepaid that we were guaranteed late arrival they put them in a pet friendly room it reeked of urine and then they changed them to a room with a king bed that smelt like someone had smoked in it when they finally got them a room with two queen beds that room was OK. The hot water was awful. There was no hot water when you showered at all we had four rooms. Only one room had hot water when you showered. The water was hot coming out of the faucet, but that was it and also because of not knowing the area I was a little misled it said that it was the airport but they meant the small airport not LaGuardia a JFK else I would’ve spent a little bit of more money and stay nearer to LaGuardia a JFK.

Booked 2 rooms, needed to change both due to smell/filth poor condition of rooms

During US Open week, they charged us over $400 for a $105 room. Beds have thin blankets, one only. Shower barely worked. No maid service. It is a place to stay near the airport. The staff was very friendly.
