Never got to check in ! Still hoping for a refund because I had to go and pay another hotel $169 for less than ten hours with two babies. New guy working was extremely unhelpful . I left the check in/out lobby in tears!

When we arrived at the property, we just wanted a place to stay, entering the lobby. It smelled like it must’ve been a smoking area at one time and the smell of tobacco still lingered. We were told our room was in the back of the building and we drove around to an area with no lights and had to pull in several spots to find our room. The room was clean, but the furniture was torn. The metal door frames were rusted and peeling at the bottom. The window unit had wood rot damage around the frame The shower drain had no great or the grape was broken. Of course we didn’t think to ask if the rooms had a coffee maker but all in all I think I probably overpaid. I was very embarrassed that I reserved this property for us to stay the night. I had strong feelings of the Bates Motel.

Definitely could use upgrading no amenities.

Overall it was an ok place to stay. Property itself a bit run down but room was ok for a few nights of sleep.

Run from there. Horrible place. And the smell is awful.

As always, everything was very good.

I reserved a non-smoking room, but when I entered, it smelled strongly of cigarette smoke and other odors that made it unacceptable. The room did not appear to have been maintained as advertised. The common areas also felt uncomfortable. There were individuals loitering in the hallways and stairwells, and the hallways smelled heavily of cigarette smoke and marijuana. The overall environment did not feel clean or family-friendly. I immediately returned to the front desk to report my concerns, handed back my room key, and left the property. I never unpacked, stayed in the room, or used any of the hotel's amenities because I did not feel comfortable remaining there. I also documented the room's condition with photographs, including stained bedding. Based on my experience, the property did not match the description provided online, and I would choose to stay elsewhere in the future.

I have never been to a place that felt so dangerous and ghetto than this inn. As I pull up to park to check in, there is a police car there. Officer is inside speaking to the clerk behind bullet proof glass...no WAY was I going to stay there.

Room smelled musty and possibly smoked in. Pictures do not tell the story when booking.
-
Filthy room that reeked of smoke even though we got a non smoking room. Smoke detector was covered by plastic bag. Stains and cigarette burns on sheets. Mold on the bathroom walls. Sink and shower head leak. Air conditioner was broken room was hot. Beds were noisy. Hotel in a really unsafe area. Do not recommend staying here.

I paid for 2 nights but didn't even stay for the second one; the place looks nothing like the photos, and I feel like I paid way too much for such an ugly spot.
-
The first room was awfully. The drawer bottoms were falling off, the floor was filthy the room smelled of dirty feet. When we told the desk about it they were nasty and told us to leave. We said no we paid in full and they switched the room. The second room was ok but smelled of old air freshener

The place doesn't at all feel safe. The rooms open to the parking and are completely cutoff from the main building or the lobby. Although smoking was not allowed, the room had too much cigarette odor.
-
We booked a non-smoking room and got the opposite. The whole building smelled of cigarettes! The bathtub was dirty; the window screen was broken and so was the security bar.
-
This is a low cost option for the area. The bathroom and bed were clean. The bathroom sink didn't drain. Wouldn't choose it as a place to hang out but it ae ved the purpose of a more affordable sleeping place.

the worst hotel ive ever stayed in

Negatives: Smelled bad, musty... bedding was awful. Sheets too small for the bed and were pilly. Cigarette burns in blanket...I took pics. Carpet threadbare in spots and very dirty. The mattresses were awful. The bathroom needed some bleach taken to it. No water pressure in shower. I realize it's only a 2 star hotel, but at $135 a night I expect a clean room with decent bedding. Very run down . I wanted to leave within 5 minuites of getting the room and i tried getting another hotel but there were none available. Luckily I was only there two nights. I would not recommend.

Very basic but you get what you pay for. It definitely is better than the reviews. I was worried based on the reviews staying for two nights being a solo female traveler but it wasn’t as bad as the reviews say. It’s definitely very basic and your typical drive up motel but it got the job done. I had a king, non-smoking room but still had a faint smell of smoke. The bed was decent and the pillows were extremely comfortable. Room was very small but fine as I was solo. Bathroom was barely elbow width apart but was clean. Honestly, can’t complain based on the price. Also, was very well lit outside. I was worried about it being too dark at night getting back late but was very well lit.

All good - what we were looking for / expected being close to the airport. Well maintained and clean.
