Location is great Restaurant lacks hygiene, i received breakfast with melted spatula plastic on my plate and eggs, My room only had 1 towel and seemed unclean, not going back.

OVERALL GOOD VALUE. POOL WAS NOT OPEN AND ALTHOUGH THERE WAS A JACUZZI,......IT WAS A NON HEATED TYPE.

I really enjoyed the fact that there is security the rooms were great but the restroom needs a little bit more effort !! The restroom toilet was not so clean ?

The location is perfect, away from the noise yet at walking distance to almost everything The pool was a little dirty, the jacuzzi was dirty and the water wasn’t hot.

I like the location 2 time getting a room here took my daughter jacuzzi was off they dont turn on if its not pack. Mad cause water was cold

Location, friendly staff, rooms were very clean. They have everything you need to entertainment and food in same building. Price was a little high, and I choose it for pool but it was too cold to get in. No fridge in room.

Okay in every way, not the best! Charging extra for visitors when you have a two beds room. Lied about the free breakfast when actually was only 200 points which is not enough for to have breakfast meal for two people. Hiring bilingual staff would be a plus!

The staff, breakfast, location and everything is walking distance. I was disappointed because I had requested a room with balcony. I received a message stating they had received my request. But when, we arrived I was informed that, there was no room available witha balcony as request. . That they had one room available with balcony but with one bed. We couldn't have the room because it was 3 of us.....I mean the room we got was nice and quiet.

The water went out during the night. This is the second time I book throught here and both times there were issues with the plumbing. I wont be staying here again
