Hotel Castillos del Mar

The decorations to take photos so pretty Food in restaurants was good Just the pool didn’t have warm water / one morning no coffee in the office

Super friendly staff, gorgeous ocean views, delicious food and clean rooms. A beautiful boutique style hotel. I would definitely stay there again. A few extra in room amenities like extra towels would have been nice. Also, breakfast starting earlier would be more convenient for early travelers.

The hotel is great, located right on a beautiful beach. The villa was amazing. The decor was exceptional. There were a lot of food choices since its right in the city. We were really looking forward to the pool and hot tub but both were cloded during our stay without any prior notice. That was unfortunate.

Great location and great for families. My son really enjoyed the beach. The beach has toys for the kids to build sand castles. Everyone is pleasant and its gated and private so it felt very safe None of the TVs worked. The unit had wifi but seems like only in the kitchen. The parking spot is not made for a low car and it scraped a couple of times.

Only the location. The bathrooms are discussing, moldy , smelly . They didn’t clean the shower, the curtain had hair dye on it and all over the shower walls . My shower was also clogged. Floors were dirty as well.

the beach when we got there it was not at all what we expected and wanted to cancel but they wouldnt refund the money.

location make us wear wrist bands, no hot water one day, leave a deposit, restaurant bad service, burn pancakes, green drink not blended completely, very limited breakfast included, charge excessively for additional items on menu most likely coupon on included breakfast was not taken in final bill

Loved the beach and the atmosphere Rooms weren’t as nice as their pictured property is a little run down.

I liked that I was able to book thru booking.com The water was contaminated but it was never mentioned. I was over charged. I was told we couldn't use the beach for a "private" wedding. Beaches in Mexico are not private. The clerks were rude, told me we could have the wedding there but then retracted. They wanted us to book their services. The whole thing was awful.

Oceanfront Neocolonial rooms are old and need some TLC

Comfortable bed, exelente view to the ocean easy access to the beach, really informative friendly staff, good food and drinks. Even though it's in some construction and need improvement the place overall was enjoyable and it felt safe Stain towels & bed cover, pillows to small, the door didn't sealed properly. Needed a darker curtain it was to bright at night with the courtyard lights.

The pool area was disappointing but the restaurant and common areas over looking the ocean were AMAZING!!!! The pool
