I found multiple ants on the table in my room. Although they cleaned the room afterwards it was a nasty experience. I also got to the airport late because they could not find my deposit. I missed my flight because of their carelessness

Only thing I don't like, is having to pick up a coffee maker from the front desk.

Our group thought the free breakfast in the morning was good. Probably the best of our Texas trip. The gym was clean and organized. My brother and dad said the pool was good.

There is a mini fridge in the room and a microwave. The coffee is only available in the lobby. There is a market in the lobby for convenience.

Our room smelled like a wet dog upon arrival. My husband talked with the staff and nothing was done. Many of the guests had MULTIPLE cats with them. We have stayed at this hotel many times and it has always been our first choice when staying in the area, but after this experience, we will be staying elsewhere.

The a/c unit was very loud all night long! Great location, convenient to everything. Pool was nice but most of the chairs and lounge were broken. Also the hot tub did not have steps so it was near impossible to get in and out.

I stay at this hotel anytime I come to Houston and they haven’t disappointed me yet. The prices are usually good and the property is always clean.
