Cold rooms & comfortable beds No complaints. It did the job.

Location was good My kids didn't slept on their room the last night of our stay because the room was not clean. Inside their toilet was so dirty, some molds on the shower curtain. Environment before getting into rooms are so dirty.

The staff was pleasant but the toilet never worked and no breakfast which the site cleary mentioned. Options are available to eat that are not too far but for the price I thought breakfast should have been included.

It's definitely the best kept secret of Rosenberg. Very nice rooms, very nice staff, great pool and location. There wasn't anything negative to say about this place.

Location Light bulb in RR DIDNT WORK . And bulb on right side of bed don’t work . And there’s no blow dryer .

Nothing The price was too high for this hotel. It looked dingy and old although the outside was cleaned up. The rooms were old looking and the restroom wasn’t even properly cleaned and had cigarette ashes all on the bottom of the toilet even though I got a non smoking room. This hotel was not to my satisfaction at all and I was highly disappointed when I arrived and seen it for the first time. I will not be staying here again, it reminded me of the hotels in the scary movies

THE ROOM WAS FULL OF BUGS TAHT LANDED ON ME ALL NIGHT AND BIT ME EVERYWHERE! I want to be compensated

The fact that there was a working vending machine. The fact that the pool was not cleaned and available for use when I needed it, the lingering smell in the room, and the bathroom not being washed, even though the cleaners came in every day.

It wasn’t bad. The parking lot was a bit sketchy because of the people hanging out around the cars but that’s not the hotels fault. Overall the stay was pleasant.

The pool area was beautifully maintained and we were lucky enough to have a poolside view. The rooms are very well insulated so we don't hear any noises from neighbors. The highway noise is very loud outside but not in our room. I would plan future trips to this hotel.
