Extremely clean rooms, very comfortable!

Convenient to family we were visiting. We stayed for 3 days in July and the pool was “out of order”. Nothing was said prior to or during the booking. This was something that we planned to do with our granddaughter. While sitting in the breakfast area at 7 in the morning 2 guests checked in, then returned within 5 minutes because someone was in their room. 10 minutes later the man in the room came out asking why someone had access to his room with his wife and daughter inside. This made me very uncomfortable and concerned for how the employees handle check in and out.

The motel is a little dated but and the hallways were a little dirty but the room, lobby and area for breakfast were kept clean. The breakfast that was included was basic but good. Coffee was great and the attendant who saw to the area was attentive and always making sure it was clean and stocked. The room was quiet and with no outside noise.

Great Nothing

One of my favorite locations when I come to town.

The location is great and feels safe. The staff is very pleasant and responsive to requests. The facilities are very clean and the beds are very comfortable, because of this, I've decided to extend my stay.

Clean rooms

The pool was not open and the outdoor seating was locked up around the pool. Grass was very high

The staff were all very nice and helpful. However, the pool was closed which is where we expected to spend the day Sunday. I did not see when booking that mentioned anywhere. The building is old and run down- almost creepy. The rooms were clean. The outside was very unkept. No one had cut grass, weed eated etc.

Room amenities could be a bit better

The motel is quiet and we feel safe. In good neighborhood. Breakfast is good. Staff that work there are excellent. Always with morning greetings. When we asked for help on how to open the sliding door to the yard and reported coffee machine in room not working, staff came right away. He replaced the old one with a new one. Mr Shabir, the manager on duty, is very helpful and attentive to his customers. Very courteous, friendly and professional. Thanks to him for finding our phone charging cord. Air condition and heat is adequate and adjustable. Easy to use. We will definitely return to the motel in the future.

The staff was nice, lengthy check in process, my room was very clean which was appreciated. The screen door to the balcony was broken/off track in the room. The hallways were dark and dingy and smelled of cigarettes so the carpet probably needs some cleaning/updating and the walls cleaned. My room didnt smell bad though. Overall not horrible but I wouldnt stay again. Id just eat the extra $40-$50 to stay at the Hyatt or something. I did not eat breakfast there so I cant speak on the food.

It was good staying but windows need some upgrades outside noise is very loud to hear
