Desk staff was great, especially Andre!

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the room and public areas were very clean and in good working order. That said, the hotel is a bit dated... The water pressure in the shower though fine, was not great. And, the shower floor itself was a bit slippery. Also, plug locations were sparse and not optimally positioned for use of the iron or charging one's phone.

Props to the housekeeping department. Our rooms was in fantastic shape and everything was perfectly clean. Beds are a little hard, but not bad for a weekend trip. Front desk staff was incredibly helpful and kind.

Very nice overall, only downside was they did not come to make up the room, even though we were gone most of the day

Landscaping was absolutely disgusting, pool was old and faded, our keys had to be reprogrammed every day, Building needs a major overhaul. The staff were perfect in everything they did. Will not go back

I really enjoyed my 3 night stay. The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. I also appreciated the hotel staff's friendliness. I would definitely return again!

I noticed in both elevators the service permit was out of date. Next inspection was listed for 2025

Excellent customer service and mattress was great, slept like a baby.

As I indicated, the property was a mess. In fact, when we arrived there were very few vehicles present. The property was so ill-maintained, we thought it was deserted or the wrong address. In addition, we were a bit surprised that our Room did NOT have a Fridge or Microwave.

Helpful staff. Easy, free parking.

My car was vandalized in the early morning hours of June 2nd. There are 3 cameras pointing to where my suv was parked. Spoke to the manager (Angela) and even the head IT guy (Troy) and asked them, on multiple occasions, to save the footage since I filed a police report and would need it as evidence and they did not. They would not give it to me and when the Detective in charge of my case went to see Angela, she said it was too late and that the footage had been recorded over. Someone slashed 3 of my brand new tires for my SUV and Angela could not care less. I had to pay $800.00 because Angela could care less about her guests. Great customer service!!!!

Andre at the front desk was awesome. Always smiling, always ready to help with any problem and very genuine.

Rooms were clean, comfortable, nicely decorated and conducive to a good night's rest. My only suggestions for changes involve the bathroom setup. Since the vanity is small, a hand towel rack would be nice, as well as a soap pump instead of a bar in a tray, and the exposed pipes and wires under the sink could use a little camouflage.
