I love this spacious property. The rooms are nicely done nice wide parking spots way great staff very accommodating in every way. PET FREINDLY every one got along just a bunch of hard working people minding there own business I truly love staying here alone or with family. Huge area to let your pets run wild. The prices are UNBEATABLE hands down. Im in between places right now and this is my number one FAVORITE hotel.smells so good The full size fridge and kitchen is AWESOME AND THE STAFF IS SO COOL. THEY ALL DESERVE A RAISE!! The head of corporation needs to get alot more help for the cleaning crew. Maybe consider paying more $ wich will lead to a more devoted crew. A GROUNDS KEEPER ESPECIALLY. The hotel needs signs posted up at all doors stating ECHO EXPECTS ALL TENANTS TO THROW TRASH IN TRASH CANS (MAYBE WHEN CHECKING IN NEW TENANTS THE FRONT DESK SHOULD MAKE IT VERY CLEAR THAT TRASH GOES IN TRASH BIN OUTSIDE & NOT OUTSIDE DOORS AND SMOKING ONLY PROHIBITED IN DESIGNATED AREAS AWAY FROM DOORS ESPECIALLY.) IF THE RULES WERE POSTED UP ON SIGNS IT WOULD BE EASIER TO ENFORCE. OR BEFORE YOU KNOW IT THIS PLACE WILL GO BELLY UP WITH THE WRONG KIND OF TENANTS. This is a NON SMOKING HOTEL. It is disgusting to walk through a bunch of smokers when going in or out of building. People smoke more than cigarettes in there vehicles, ECHO should think about some sorta security to walk the grounds even part time,That would enforce the simplest of rules to keep everyone straight and keep this place as great as possible. Making it clear to all tenants what is and isnt tolerated will make it easier for staff to enforce rules and weed out the ones that dont follow all of Echo Suites Rules.I recently saw a group of guys right outside the main door drinking and smoking with there radio playing like it was a backyard bbq, If that starts happening all the time this place will go down the tubes quickly. I know all these extra things are costly but if the owners of ECHO SUITES wants a successful business i think its 100% necessary. I don't wanna seem disappointed with this place because I love it here but just a few bad apples can ruin something great! Ok other than that keep up with the good work and good luck!! Thank You.

The biggest issue was the constant noise from the guests above us. They were stomping on the floor throughout the day and night, making it very difficult to rest. We reported the problem multiple times over the course of our three night stay, but nothing was done to address it. The noise continued the entire time. On the last night, after we had already complained for two days, we were told at 11:00 PM that we could move to another room. After unpacking and staying there for three nights, it was unreasonable to expect us to move that late at night because another guest refused to follow the hotel’s quiet hours. It would have made more sense for management to address the guests causing the disturbance rather than inconveniencing us. We expected much better customer service and a more proactive response to a problem that significantly affected our stay. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not choose to stay here again.

Este hotel es horrible, olor a marihuana, no hay cafeteras en las habitaciones, si quieres una debes pagarla, no hay shampoo decente un mini frasquito, jabón es pastilla estilo 1980, el arquitecto que diseñó el estacionamiento lo diseñó como un laberinto sin salida, pedí algo básico como un gorro de baño y no tenían, muy muy caro y no vale la pena, las puertas del lobby no son automáticas debes abrirlas manuales son duras y son dos puertas, no tienen carrito de maletas, honestamente es horrible más nunca, está al lago de mazingers de electricidad. Busca un súper 8 pagas menos y estarás mucho mejor
