Embassy Suites by Hilton Round Rock

Dog poop on the grassy areas. Air conditioner broke down 3 times in 8days

The room was clean but had to ask for things, regular coffee instead of just decaf....etc.

Breakfast was great! Hotel was clean and comfortable. Indoor pool, I prefer an outdoor one.

Everything was lovely. Great location

If I travel to this area I always stay here and They always meet my expectations.

This was a very pleasant experience. The location is perfect, not in the city of Austin but not too far away, and the restaurant, bars, and shopping are close to the hotel. The staff was very helpful and professional from start to finish. I will highly recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

I love love this property and when visiting Round Rock from Houston I stay here. It’s very centralized and so much to do right in the parking lot. Every room is set up so nice and cozy. You receive complementary drinks for Happy Hour and Free Breakfast. Not to mention bar Louie is on the property as well. Sometimes when I stay I don’t even leave from the property it’s so much to do walking distance.

This hotel is in a great location. Close to restaurants and shopping. The daily happy hour at the hotel is a plus.

Front desk looked very on edge and tired and it showed with their customer service.

The staff, complimentary breakfast and amenities were Outstanding. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be booking again if in the Austin Texas area.

The only complaint I have is with booking. Unfortunately, I booked through Expedia and made a mistake on the dates which I didn't realize until check in. I accidentally booked for the next week. The kind gentleman help my husband get the same suite. He couldn't help cancel the next week's reservation since it was booked through a third party.At check out, an Asian lady was not very helpful when I ask if she would assist us with canceling my mistaken dates! This became a real problem where I had to do a back and forth between Expedia and Embassy Suites. In the end they both blamed each other and would not let me cancel the reservation for the following week. This is pure insanity!!! We had to pay for two night that we did not need. My husband doesn't business in the area and will need a hotel stay probably two nights a month. The hotel and it's amenities are good but the ridiculous policy for cancelation is definitely a turn off!!!

Everything was great the Hotel was very clean and well maintained. For some reason through Expedia the reservation for us was a Handicap room which I didn’t like at all. Only there for a couple nights so I just left it alone. Because it is a package deal where even the Hilton doesn’t know what we paid I didn’t think we could have made any changes. Live and learn I guess!! The bathroom had a barn door and it did not close off completely, in photo U can see gaps between walls and the door not private at all
