The staff was SO friendly upon arrival. We showed up a bit earlier than check in but they got us in our studio suite in a matter of minutes. Any interaction we had with staff we walked away with a smile. The location is perfect for shoppers or people who just like wandering around town. Blue Hole Park is less than 10 mins away and SO much fun, Ikea is a walk away, there is a hospital located next door incase of emergency. We had three young kids with us and they never complained once, which is close to mission impossible with young kids!! Pool was beautiful, clean, and just the perfect size. They even allowed us a later checkout when asking 10 mins before checkout haha, needed more pool time! Breakfast was sooo good too!! 10/10

This hotel is only about a year old. It’s gone downhill quickly. Poor service, nonfunctional amenities, dirty common areas, bad smell, room not properly stocked. I’ve tried it 5 or 6 times and it keeps getting worse. I won’t stay here anymore.

The room was clean and spacious. The a/c in the room worked great. Breakfast was always fresh and had multiple options. Parking was easy. The pool was smaller, but well maintained and great depth for kids. Pool towels were stocked and when they ran out staff was prompt to bring more. Our stay was very pleasant!

They didn't clean my room until I asked them to, but cleaned most of the rooms on my floor. Check out was 11am with no option for a late checkout of 12pm. I would have given it 3 stars for just the room

The hotel has a 9pm quiet rule but the staff does not enforce it…screaming, yelling and laughing woke us up around midnight- it continued until almost 1. The staff did nothing! There was an old band-aid on the floor and old bread chunks under the bed in the room. The breakfast was warm, it looked good but did not taste very good! Did not allow late check-out.

The hotel was very nice and clean, the staff was wonderful. They have a lot of parking and a lot of breakfast options. The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. I will be staying here again when ever im in town

The room was clean with the exception of the shower. There was some strands of hair that may very well come from the cleaners. The room was spacious. The staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was decent. Lastly the amenities (pool/gym) were both accessible and clean.

Check in was delayed since I room was not ready by check in time. The shower dispensers were no refilled. Other than that it was fine
